New PhD at UCSD says she gives all her students A's--no tests or homework--to "decolonize the classroom"

It takes a lot of work to destroy a culture and civilization, so when history is written a century later there are lots of people who deserve mention: Biden, both Obamas, Bill and Hilliary, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, Jerold Nadler, AOC, Rashida Tlaib--the list is endless.  But let me introduce you to a new player: "Chandler Elizabeth Puritty," who is alleged to hold a "doctoral degree" and is listed as a professor at UC San Diego.

Like most wokies, Puritty couldn't resist jumping on TikTok to show the world how totally faaaabulous! she is.  So here she is explaining how to "de-colonize the classroom."  She does this by giving all her students an A in her joke of a course.  No homework (she laughs as she says this) and no exams.  (Click the link--pic below is a screenshot.)

This was so over-the-top--even for the world-class shithole of California--that I was convinced it had to be a spoof.  But the clever wrecker is listed as a professor on the UCSD website, though she's shown as not teaching any courses for the fall semester.  Seems a bit odd, since she's on Libs of TikTok bragging about giving all her students A's cuz...gotta de-colonize dat classroom, eh?

Turns out she got her PhD from UCSD, where she was praised for checking every possible box in "Diversity Inclusion Equity"--which the U has re-named as "EDI" so it won't show up when searched.   So apparently she's not a spoof.

Now" there are an infinite number of goofy DEI people in academia.  The big question is, as goofy as this creature is, who at UCSD hired her?

Of course you'll never find out, which is the beauty of the destroyers running far too many universities today:  The U bureaucracy never identifies the destroyers--and even if the U did identify 'em, they can't be fired.  "Academic freedom," peasant.

Now for the trifecta: UCSD isn't a serious university, but somehow it's gotten the attention of the World Economic Forum, which touts it as "an academic powerhouse" and claims it's "recognized as one of the top ten public universities" by a leftist rag.

So there ya go, citizen:  You're seeing the future of university "instruction" in the U.S.  And the predictable result of making "Diversity-Inclusion-Equity" the most important thing in academia.

Well, along with "intersectionality," global warming and pushing the tranny agenda.

What prompted Bankman-Fried firm to invest $11 million in a company that bought a tiny rural bank?

I will admit to being absolutely fascinated by mysteries and scams, especially when they involve politicians and wealthy con artists.

Bankruptcy filings by crypto "exchange" FTX reveal a curious relationship to a small bank in rural Washington. Farmington State Bank is actually the 26th smallest bank in the US, out of over 4,700.  Until this year it had just three employees.

The bank was formed way back in 1929 in the tiny town of Farmington--population just over 100.  In 2010 the bank’s president, John Widman, bragged about not offering credit cards and having more deposits than loans.  So clearly FTX wasn't looking at the bank as a booming hub of commerce--at least not yet.

According to bank president Widman, in 1995 the bank was purchased by an allegedly British citizen named Archie Chan, who supposedly wanted to turn the bank into an international banking hub.  No details on the purchase price.

But for the next 25 years Chan did nothing with the bank.  But in 2020, everything changed when the tiny bank was bought by a company called FBH.

The CEO of FBH is Jean Chalopin--who also happens to be CEO of "Deltec Bank and Trust," headquartered in the Bahamas.  By coincidence, Deltec is one of the main banks used by both Alameda Research and a crypto "stablecoin" called Tether.  After the purchase Chalopin joined Farmington’s board of directors.

Interestingly, today Deltec's website included this note: 

"Deltec Bank does not hold or trade any digital assets for its own account or on behalf of its clients, therefore has no credit or asset exposure to FTX."

Shortly after the purchase the bank applied to become part of the Federal Reserve system — and on June 30, 2021, that application was approved.  

The bank then began dealing with cryptocurrency and international payments, setting up international wire transfers and SWIFT transfers through the Fed system.

On March 1 of this year, Farmington State Bank trademarked the name Moonstone Bank, and three days later the bank changed its name to Moonstone.

By completely coincidence, six days later Alameda Research—founded by Sam Bankman-Fried before he started FTX—invested $11.5 million in FBH, apparently to buy a ten percent stake in the tiny rural bank, which only had about $10 million in deposits at the time.  Later we'll see that Alameda's "investment" of $11.5 would value the bank at $115 million.  Very crazy.

FBH's CEO Jean Chalopin described this as, “Alameda Research’s investment into FBH Corp and Moonstone Bank signifies the recognition, by one of the world’s most innovative financial leaders, of the value of what we are aiming to achieve.”

Question: Who's the "we"?  And can anyone translate Chalopin's word-salad?

For decades Farmington State Bank had consistently reported deposits of around $10 million.  But in the third quarter of 2022 deposits to the renamed "Moonstone Bank" jumped to $84 million.  The NY Times reported that $71 million of the newly-added $74 million came from just four new accounts.

Wonder who those account holders were, eh?

As the huge crypto firms Terra, Three Arrows Capital and Celsius were collapsing earlier this year, three Moonstone reps spoke at a crypto event in Seattle.  The three were Janvier Chalopin--son of the CEO of FBH; Daniel Ranallo, and Josey Booth. All three recently scrubbed their LinkedIn profiles.

No one has explained what prompted Alameda to "invest" $11.5 million in FBH (thus in the bank), and no one has explained why a small, rural bank in eastern Washington state would suddenly attract $74 million in new deposits, and would then start moving millions of dollars.  

And a *huge* question is how a Bahamas-based company like FTX, with ongoing investigations by top financial watchdogs, could get permission to purchase a stake in a federally approved bank.

As the NY Times phrased it--with a degree of understatement usually reserved for corrupt dealings of top Democrat politicians and their notorious offspring,

It’s unclear how FTX was allowed to buy a stake in a U.S.-licensed bank, which would need to be approved by federal regulators. Banking veterans say it’s hard to believe that regulators would have knowingly allowed FTX to gain control of a U.S. bank.

Ooohh, "It's unclear" y'say?  Oh, I think I can clear that up for ya, NYT.  Bankman-Fried had pledged one BILLION dollars to the Democrats for the 2024 presidential election.  A very few Democrat pols may have been bright enough to suspect SBF was running a huge scam, but they'd never be able to convince the real powers in the Democrat party, who would do literally anything to grab the promised billion dollars.  And of course EVERY top regulator is a liberal Democrat.

Do the math, cupcake.  When the people at the top are corrupt, what kind of results do rational people expect?

Update: As scrutiny continues, Protos had the opportunity to ask Moonstone’s chief digital officer, Janvier Chalopin (son of the CEO of FBH, which bought the bank) some questions.

Farmington State Bank was purchased by FBH in 2020. In March of this year FBH renamed the bank "Moonstone."  Chalopin explained that the name was derived from the two asset classes that the startup bank was focused on: “Playing on ‘to the moon’ and ‘stone’ for our target industries of digital assets and hemp/cannabis related businesses.”

Chalopin also addressed the major question of why the Bankman-Fried firm Alameda Research gave FBH $11.5 million to invest in the tiny bank.  Chalopin said the amount was for a 10% interest in the bank.

This is significant because that would imply that the bank was valued at $115 million —an astonishingly unlikely figure considering that at the time the bank had only about $10 million in customer deposits at the time.

This story just keeps getting stranger.

NY Times publishing stories claiming Sam Bankman-Fried was NOT engaged in fraud, just in over his head

The NewYork Times is now writing stories claiming brazen fraudster Sam Bankman-Fried (FTX, Alameda Research) never intended to defraud, but was simply an innocent young person who got in over his head.

Really?  In that case why did he send emails that would automatically delete after a certain time?  He also encouraged his employees to do the same.  Yeah, that sounds like something an innocent person would do, right?

If you believe a THING written in the NYT you're a fool.  They exist to protect the Left and the Democratic party--which is why they're writing stories portraying SBF as an innocent young altruist ("effective altruism") who accidentally transferred investor funds due to the careless "mis-labeling" of investor accounts.  

Oh yeah, you bet.

You need to watch this video til the very end.  The creator found an expert investor who realized this was a disaster back in July, and outlined his findings to five female "crypto reporters" at the "respected" mainstream media outfit Bloomberg News.  They said they wouldn't investigate because a) it was "too much trouble," and b) "we'd lose access."

Welcome to the brilliant interlocking defense of the Democrat party.  See, SBF donated $50 million or so to Democrats, and had pledged to donate a BILLION to 'em for the 2024 election.  With that sort of money at stake, the Democrat party would NEVER investigate FTX.  And all the Dem-lovijng Mainstream Media outlets eagerly fell in line.

*Totally normal* biden regime appointee steals luggage in airports and tries way stupid lies to avoid charges

You're a reasonably well-informed American, right?  So have you ever heard of a biden appointee named Sam Brinton?  Biden named Sam the assistant secretary for energy, in charge of deciding how we handle some trivial task, like disposing of nuclear waste.  

So let's introduce you to Sam:  

In case you couldn't tell, Sam is a guy.  Also a flaming nutcase.

Democrat snowflake: "NOOooo!  He's perfectly fine!  There is NOTHING wrong with Sam at all!"

Of course that's not what your lying eyes are telling you, but let's look at the record:  On September 16th Sam flew from DC to Minneapolis.  He didn't check a bag--which will prove important..

When he landed he went to the baggage carousel, picked out an expensive blue bag, took off the baggage tag, put it in his purse and walked out of the airport, with the bag, at a high rate of speed.

Recall that he hadn't checked a bag when boarding, so he had no reason to even go to baggage claim.

When the woman who owned the bag couldn't find it, she alerted airport cops, who reviewed security video of the carousel and spotted Brinton taking the bag.

When airport security called him back in DC and asked him if he'd taken anything that wasn't his, he said "Not that I know of."  Cops thanked him for his time and ended the call.

An hour later Sam called them back and apologized for being less than honest.  This time he said he took the bag because he was "tired" and thought it was his.  This was odd because the airline had confirmed that Brinton hadn't checked a bag on the flight.

Brinton now said that when he opened the bag at his hotel in Minneapolis he realized the bag wasn't his.  But instead of immediately closing the bag, calling the airline and advising them he'd taken the wrong bag, good ol' nothing-wrong-with-this-dude Sam left all the contents in drawers at the hotel and took the bag back to DC with him.  Cuz that's what smaht, perfectly normal people who find they've taken the wrong bag--after not bringing one with them--do, right?

This guy stinks on SO many levels.  Bad enough that he's crazy, but to use such a brazen, goofy, implausible lie to escape being charged is almost beyond belief.

Sure wish we had a competent administration running the country.  Guess the folks who warned that "elections have consequences" were right after all.

This all happened in September and October, but we're just hearing about it now because it finally leaked.  Cuz heaven knows the Mainstream Media would NEVER print a story damaging to the biden regime.  Oh wait, this doesn't damage the regime in any way.  It's PERFECTLY NORMAL, citizen.

Now here's the kicker: He stole the luggage in Minneapolis.  Dem governor (Tim Walz), Dem attorney-general Keith Ellison, Dem mayor, Dem chief of police, so the charges will be dropped.  So even though interference with interstate commerce is actually a federal crime, don't expect the biden regime to have any interest, eh?  Perfect:  protect the deviants, members of the doubly-protected class.

Most presidential Executive Orders are published on WhiteHouse.gov because they usually serve as either virtue-signals or warnings.  The regime wants everyone to see them.

But EO's are also a way for a regime to grab new power, hoping no one will notice and trigger a firestorm of oppostion to the really shitty ones.  So when the biden regime is really pulling a fast one, they bury the actual text of the EO so it's really hard to find.

Which brings us to "EO 14067," issued last March 9th--buried by news of Russia invading Ukraine.  It's a thousand words of power-grab.  The nominal topic is "digital currency," but that's just window-dressing for the real power grab.

If you're good with internet searches, try searching for the ACTUAL full text of EO 14507.  When I tried, searching for "full text of EO 14507" I got LOTS of re-worded horseshit from several different federal agencies, but never the real text.  Hmmm....

That's always a warning sign.  If they were proud of it, they'd trumpet the contents.  But you never heard a word about this one.  There's a reason.

The Left can't keep track of their total reversal of their claimed "standards." But the internet can...

We all know that the Left routinely changes whatever they claimed was their absolute, fixed "standard" whenever they sense an advantage by so doing.  So they routinely contradict their own emphatic bleats from a few years--or sometimes just weeks-- earlier. 

But before the internet, you couldn't prove it.  Now it's easy.  So for example, when billionaire owner of Amazon, Jeff Bezos, bought one of the most influential leftist papers in the country (the WaPo), leftists didn't bat an eye--because they knew Bezos was on their side.  In fact the left absolutely fawned over the purchase.  Billionaires buying big papers was "a fascinating cultural transition."

U-Cal ORDERED all students and faculty to take booster for fall semester. A few scientists objected...

Two months ago the totally corrupt adminishits ruling the U-Cal system ORDERED all students, faculty and staff to take yet another covid booster.

In response, a dozen science faculty members wrote a detailed letter to the administration, noting all the suppressed studies and letters showing that the jab caused far more deaths and related harm than it helped.

But since university adminishits are really cunning politicians, what do you think they said in response to the well-referenced letter?

If you're an adult you already know the answer: the adminishits simply didn't respond--because they knew they couldn't win a debate on the merits of their ORDER.

Note well that tactic: When real scientists ask questions of fake-science fakers, the latter never respond--for the reason noted above.  It's a dead giveaway that the fakers know they can't win on the merits.

SO...since the rulers of the UC system refused to respond, the authors of the letter sent a copy to 11 UC campus newspapers, asking them to publish it.

Only two initially agreed--UCLA's Daily Bruin and the UC-Berkeley paper.  But neither actually published.  Why did they refuse?

Moronic Democrat: "Dis not 'newz.'  Students wanna take duh vax, cuz ouah preznit say many times dat pipo who take duh vax can't get covid.  So students not interested in letters from faculty members whinin' 'bout havin' to take duh vax.  Students know vax good.  'Safe and effective!' "

Democrat pols: "Great job, Mainstream Media.  Thanks to your tireless efforts, virtually all Americans under 30 believe the jab is 'safe and effective.'  So we can keep ORDERING them to take boosters twice a year for the rest of their lives!"

So here's my edit of the letter the ten science faculty members sent to the adminishits.  (Edited cuz they sugar-coated their points and put the most important points at the end instead of at the top.)

The CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) shows that as of July 1st, 2022, 29,635 Americans had died within two weeks after taking the covid vaccination.  Since it's well documented that less than one percent of all vaccine-associated adverse events are reported to VAERS, this means the true number of deaths is likely to be 50 to 100 times greater,

The head of the U-Cal system justified the original mandate by assuring us that the vax a) was safe; and b) would prevent people from getting or transmitting covid.

We now know it doesn't do either--a fact admitted by the CDC, FDA, HHS, the WHO, health ministries and medical researchers around the world--and now by Pfizer itself.  

Moreover, your outrageous ORDER forces even those who have recovered from covid to take the jab.  Yet over 150 peer-reviewed studies show that natural immunity--gained by recovering from covid--protects people at least as well as, if not better than, the vax.

In March of this year a judge ordered Pfizer to release 55,000 pages of internal data on vaccine side effects.  Among the 1,246 different adverse effects in Pfizer’s own documents were cardiac arrest.  It's hard to imagine how the FDA could have approved the vaccine, even under "emergency-use only" authorization, with such a huge number of fatal side-effects.

Further:  Because 99.95% of college-age students survive covid, one of our colleagues at UCSF found that to prevent just one COVID-19 hospitalization, 22,000-30,000 previously uninfected adults aged 18-29 would have to take the vax and booster.  As a result, forcing all students to take the jab would result in more deaths instead of fewer.

In that case, how can ORDERING all students to take the jab be logically supported?

While we are delighted for those who want to take the jab to do so, we strongly oppose ORDERING faculty to take the jab as a condition of employment, and ORDERING students to do the same or be expelled.

The rate of hospitalizations for covid has dropped dramatically, and covid-related deaths now appear to be about the same as deaths from the flu.  By sharp contrast, the number of sudden deaths among young, fit Americans with no prior medical conditions and no known cause have skyrocketed since the rollout of the experimental vaccines.

Never before in medical history has an entire population been required to take a vaccine approved only for emergency use, for which there are no long-term data.  Moreover, after a long delay federal courts ruled that the biden regime's ORDER that all working Americans take the vax was unconstitutional.

If the chancellor of the UC system doesn't delete this ill-advised ORDER that both faculty and students take the jab, is the chancellor ready to accept full personal legal liability for the multitude of harms certain to result?

Canadian "New Democratic Party" to introduce new law allowing province to seize assets if you can't explain...

British Columbia is currently ruled by a group of tyrants calling themselve the "New Democratic Party" (NDP).  Much like our Democrat party here, the NDP is dedicated to stealing every freedom Canadians thought they had, and every dollar they can.

Last week the premier of BC announced that his New Democratic Party plans to introduce a new law that will allow the government to take away citizens' cash, property or real estate without even charging them with a crime.  

Is that a fabulous deal or what?

The NDP calls this the “unexplained wealth order,” and in classic tyrant fashion the NDP is touting it as "increasing public safety.”  Oh, absolutely, citizen!  Just like Democrats here tout gun confiscation: "It'll increase public safety."

The leftist NDP tyrants say the law is intended to target criminals, like drug cartels, but those concerned with civil liberties warn that it will undoubtedly end up being used to seize the bank accounts of ordinary people the government doesn't like.  Just like laws against "hate speech" only end up being used against conservatives who use pronouns a snowflake doesn't like, while leftists calling for conservatives to be murdered are never charged.

Among the many objections to the proposed law is the idea that it ends the presumption of innocence, and due process.”  But dat okay cuz it beez intended for use against gangs, so...all good, eh?

The NDP bleats that by allowing assets to be seized, the proposed law will "take away the incentive" to commit crime.  Say that sounds really clever!  Why not take it to the next logical step:  Why not seize assets from anyone who opposes the government?  After all, members of the NDP will tell you people who oppose government "mandates" threaten everyone's "security," eh?

The idea of a law allowing the government to simply seize assets of people who can't prove that those assets were acquired by taxable work arose when an "expert panel" noted that “civil forfeiture" was already used much more often than criminal prosecution, but still required a link to criminal activity, which was often hard to establish.

The "expert panel" breezily concluded that...wait for it... allowing the government to seize assets even if it lacked even a hint of evidence of a crime, but simply if the owners of an asset couldn't prove they'd earned the income needed to acquire those assets, would give the government "another tool that doesn't rely on evidence of a crime.” 

Wow, can't get much more obvious than that, eh?

British Columbia already has "administrative forfeiture rules" allowing the provicial government to seize one’s property.  (Notice how cunningly the tyrants named 'em "forfeiture" rules instead of the far more accurate "seizure rules."

The provincial thugs also have "civil forfeiture rules" allowing the tyrannical provincial thugs to seize one’s goods or cash if they "suspect" they were obtained from crime.

Apparently those twin "forfeiture laws" don't satisfy the thugs' lust for total control.

Now for the hoot: all government officials study what other governments do, looking for ways to get more power and seize more of your income and assets.  So if you think Nancy, Chuckie, Ron Klain, Jerry Nadler, AOC, Maxi Waters and the rest of the thugs aren't studying this faaabulous proposed law to decide how to use it here, you're naive.  

CNN talking heads stunned as lawyers for Colorado Springs shooter claim he's "non-binary," destroying Narrative

This is an absolute hoot: After attorneys for the Colorado Springs gay club shooter filed a court motion saying the shooter "identified as non-binary" and demanded to be addressed in all court matters as "Mx.", CNN's Alisyn Camerota had what amounted to an on-camera meltdown, saying "I don't know what to say about that.  

But amusingly, both Camerota and black "political commentator" Errol Louis used "him" in referring to the shooter, despite the explicit declaration that duh shooter has decreed dat he wants to be referred to using "they/them" pronouns.

Now, before that very moment, a CNN talking head who refused to honor the stated pronouns of a snowflake would be blasted, condemned by the tranny mafia.  But when Camerota and Louis use "him," the tranny mafia just smiles and shrugs.  

Now why do you suppose the tranny mafia isn't screaming bloody murder at those two bigots, eh?

Wait, it gets better: Louis snidely claims that the claim by the shooter's public defenders that their client "identifies as non-binary" is a fiction, invented by the attorneys to defend against hate-crime charges.

Seriously, he said that.  On camera.  And none of the other morons said "C'mon man, that's ludicrous!  The judge could quickly ask the snowflake if he actually claims to be non-binary, and if he says "I have no idea where you got that notion" then the attorneys would be facing charges for making a false statement to the court.

In New York that sort of thing is overlooked.  Not sure about whether Colorado Springs is equally corrupt, but I guess we'll see.

The new GOP House majority needs to prosecute Democrat lawbreaking, bribes, freedom-trashing

As Republicans prepare to take charge of the House in a little over a month, it's time to take a look at what the Democrats have inflicted on our nation in the last two years (though it started in 2008)..

Until this century the government of the United States more or less supported freedom and the Constitution. There was a tacit agreement that 

"We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."

Democrat rulers have rejected those fundamental principles, replacing them with "You're not allowed to speak unless we Dems let you, and we will delete anything we don't like."  Dems have trashed even something as basic as free speech.  Instead the Left--with the quiet approval of  Democrat rulers--wails "Your speech is violence.  But our violence is merely free speech."

If anyone takes a position the Dems don't like, they're often fired ("cancelled").  Conservatives don't do that, and the Left instantly recognized that.  So leftists can say anything, spread outrageous lies and support ghastly policies (surgically mutilating 14-year-olds, for example) without fear.

It's time for Republicans to temporarily adopt the Democrats' rules.  There's only one way to get them to return to reason and freedom, and that's to make them feel the pain that their own rules inflict on conservatives.

Example: The corrupt attorney-general of New York--Democrat Letitia James--subpoenaed Trump's tax returns.  Very well: the House needs to subpoena the tax returns of Joe and his thoroughly useless, corrupt son Hunter, and his brother.  Examine every bank wire transfer to every biden company.  Audit every biden company and personal tax return.  Show the public how utterly corrupt they are.

Repeat for the Clintons, Obama, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, every Democrat activist, politician, consultant, anyone with any finger in any Democrat pie.  Prosecute every evidence of corruption and wrongdoing. Fine the crooks millions.  Impoverish them.
 
The goal is simple: to convince them--through serious personal pain--that the checks and balances that are the basis of the U.S. Constitution and our form of government must be restored, and that anyone who dares to violate them again will be dealt with, harshly.

Now the Democrat-loving, lying Mainstream Media will wail that Americans do NOT want the people who trashed our freedoms and used government positions to extract corrupt bribes punished.  They'll wail that what Americans want is "bipartisanship" and "cooperation."

Certainly the malevolent, corrupt Dems will now want to push those things.  But Republicans must ignore the wails, because what our nation really needs is a thorough housecleaning.  All who trashed our freedoms or corruptly enriched themselves must be prosecuted and jailed.

Most rational Americans realize that one of the main reasons we keep seeing mobs of thieves doing "smash and grabs" in broad daylight is that they know they won't be prosecuted.  When you tolerate something, you get more of it.

The remedy is to start prosecuting.  Democrat pols have always known they'll never be prosecuted.  We need to change that and make them deathly afraid of being prosecuted for corruption or violating the Constitution.

Unless Repubs do that, this country is finished as we know it. The GOP must go ahead with impeachments, investigations, subpoenas--anything it takes to give the left a taste of their own medicine and clean up government.

If you love freedom and an honest government there is  no alternative.

Clear signs of the total corruption of universities are everywhere.  Latest example: After Michigan State lost a football game to Michigan a month ago, half a dozen MSU players battered spectators in a tunnel to the locker room.  The local prosecutor charged them.

If anyone believes the players involved should NOT be kicked off the team--if not expelled--raise your hand.

But the wokies who run MSU have a different outlook--as evidenced by a statement from the "interim preszit of Michigan State, a wokie moron named Teresa K. Woodruff.

"The university and our athletic department will continue to evaluate this matter and cooperate with any investigative reviews.  While we do not condone the actions taken by some [of OUR school's] football players on Oct. 29, we will support our student-athletes through this process. They are students first, and their academic journey continues. MSU believes strongly in restorative justice practices and the education around harmful actions."

I did grad-school in a flyover state, at a university that has won several national championships, and I can tell you that any player shown to have battered someone after a game would have been kicked off the team right away, and likely expelled from school.  "Restorative justice practices" are code for "don't punish the po' darlings cuz it might hurt their faaaabulous careers."

Here's a flash, Teresa:  If a person intentionally injures another, without provocation, that SHOULD result in punishment.  Cuz rational people want to DETER that kind of behavior, eh?

Govt medical establishment has a new theory for "adverse effects" from jab: "fear due to misinformation"

You KNEW this was coming:  A new "paper" claims any strokes, heart attacks, fainting or other problems people experience after getting the covid jab are NOT due to anything bizarre about the contents of the notorious mRNA non-vaccine "vaccine," but "could, most likely" be due to...wait for it...

Are ya ready?  Could be due to "misinformation" creating fear in the person jabbed.

And of course this fear--causing constriction of blood vessels--persists for the two weeks to six months after the jab.  Constant, grueling fear!

Do bad supervisors and employees eventually drive out good ones?

Most students of economics have heard of Gresham's law, which says "bad money drives out good." When you have "good" money (say, a silver coin) and "bad" money, with less intrinsic value, like a zinc coin, then even if the bad money has the same face value, the good money will slowly disappear, as people save it privately.  

Commenter YD at Ace's place believes a similar principle applies to institutions: that when an organization installs a  bad or incompetent person as head of a team or division, eventually good employees leave.

There would seem to be two reasons for this:  One is in-group preference.  The bad person in charge of a business team, for example, will bring in more bad or incompetent people because they agree with his style (or pretend to). These hires will eventually spill over into other divisions and repeat the process.

Eventually a majority of the employees are like the first bad one, and the organization starts to fail.

The second reason is that good, hard-working employees soon realize what's happening, see the likely outcome and choose to leave rather than suffer through the finger-pointing when the wheels start coming off.

In other words, good people find the new work environment unbearable.  They look around and see that slackers and ass-kissers get promoted, while those who work hard go unrecognized.

Think about it: If you're a hard worker and competent, would you want to work for an outfit that promotes slackers and yes-men?

This appears to happen almost invariably as an organization grows and ages.  Take the FBI, DOJ, NIH,  CDC or FDA, for example.  All have degraded over the years-- and alarmingly, the rate of decay seems to be accelerating.  The FBI and DOJ in particular have devolved into gestapo-like organizations that routinely trash the Constitution, with the full approval of the Porridgebrain regime.

Of course even in an organization run by "bad" people, a few good employees remain, but they learn early on not to blow the whistle.

Clinton-linked dark-money group urged Twitter advertisers to demand return to "content moderation"

A Hillary Clinton-linked dark-money group called Accountable Tech urged Twitter advertisers to demand that Musk reinstate the system of "content moderation" that deleted conservative tweets and closed accounts of many.

The letter to top Twitter advertisers urged those advertisers to give Musk a list of "non-negotiable requirements" if he wanted to keep their business.  It claimed Musk's takeover would "directly threaten public safety."

It wailed that Musk intended to "provide a megaphone to extremists who traffic in disinformation, hate, and harassment," and that "his vision will silence and endanger marginalized communities, and tear at the fraying fabric of democracy."

Wow!  "Tear at the fabric of democracy," wailed the election thieves.

The letter urged advertisers to demand that Twitter commit to "ensuring algorithmic accountability" and continuing their "commitment to research transparency and researcher access."  Translation: Demanding that Musk re-hire the old censorship team.

The letter was signed by 25 other liberal groups, including Media Matters and the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation.

Earlier, on November 1, dozens of left-wing groups signed a similar letter calling on advertisers to demand that Musk "moderate" content or the groups would boycott the platform, as CBS infamously did for a grand total of 40 hours last week.

And now new organizations have "popped up" to demand that Elon Musk re-install the Stalinesque censorship protocols that resulted in the 2020 election being thrown to Biden.

NY Times normally wouldn't write favorably about execs using corporate credit card to buy drinks, but...

Like all the leftist Mainstream Media outlets, the NY Times hates Elon Musk for buying Twitter, and will do everything they can to destroy that platform now that Musk has stopped it from deleting things the leftists formerly running the place didn't like. 

One trivial example: The Times claims a fired "worker" said she "tried to buy farewell drinks for colleagues after the mass layoffs," only to find her corporate credit card had been cancelled. 

Isn't that sweet?  "She tried to buy farewell drinks for colleagues..."  No, she tried to get the COMPANY to buy farewell drinks.  So what the Times depicted as her generosity really wasn't at all.

But couching it the way the Times did made it sympathetic to the employee.   Utterly predictable.  We'll be seeing a lot more of this in the coming weeks.

Guy uses mass-spec to compare unvaxxed blood with blood of vaxxed who died with massive clots. Yikes!

The people who rule this nation count on the fact that most Americans have a huge aversion to numbers.  So when they see a large table of numbers, unless it pertains to a field the reader is intensely interested in, most Americans ignore whatever's there.

With that said: the CDC absolutely refuses to do autopsies on the bodies of young, fit Americans with no known prior medical conditions who suddenly drop dead, cause unknown.  By so refusing, the Powers that run the CDC can claim nothing unusual is happening.

But...when people die, their family members can choose to have a normal open-casket funeral.  That requires embalming.  And a crucial step in embalming is to replace blood with "embalming fluid."  And beginning shortly after people began getting the vax, embalmers have been finding that they can't get the embalming fluid into the body.  The arteries and veins are blocked.  And that's how the strange, white, rubbery clot-like structures were found.

CDC: "No, we're not aware of any reports of that.  Now go away."

So...one embalmer had access to a thing called a "mass spectrograph," a device that finds the abundance of any element in a sample, arguably to six significant figures.  He analyzed normal blood to find the abundance of 20 elements and isotopes, and then did the same for the blood of people who'd been vaccinated and had died, and had been found to contain large numbers of the unusual clot-like structures. 

Here are the abundances of the main metals in the blood of unvaxxed people:

Now compare the above results with the results for the blood of those who'd been found to have severe "clot-like structures" during embalming:

Now, I don't know how many samples the guy reporting these results tested.  You'd need a dozen samples of both normal blood and vaxxed/clotted to get an idea of the range of values.  But the results for magnesium, potassium and iron are so far below normal that they're almost certainly significant.  In particular, potassium is a huge electrolyte and regulator of dozens of cell mechanisms.  Barring error, for potassium in the "died suddenly" group to be less than one percent of the value in normal blood is so many standard deviations below normal as to be proof that the drop isn't due to chance.

It's absolutely crucial to understand that the CDC and FDA can't be unaware of this. So if the results reported above are even reasonably accurate, it's a clear, unequivocal indicator that something extremely unusual is happening.

If we had a reasonaly honest "press," one of them would ask the CDC and FDA if they're aware of these results, and if so, how do they explain the huge differences.  If they claim not to know, they should all be fired and their pensions revoked, because they're clearly either lying or incompetent.

I've previously posted on how brazenly the FDA LIED to the public in implying that ivermectin was only approved for animals.  Implying that it had NOT been approved for human use, and that it could be harmful to humans.  I told you how the warning had prompted hospitals--afraid to cross the FDA warning--to prohibit doctors working for them from prescribing the drug, 

I told you that states run by demonic, tyrannical Democrats threatened to yank the medical licenses of any doctor that prescribed the drug.  Now Californi--totally ruled by Democrats that control every part of the government--has passed a LAW permitting the state to take away a doctor's license for merely STATING any belief or finding about Covid treatment that the Democrats didn't like.

Now I want to show you how crappy DeepState shitheads in even a semi-Republican state like Texas ran with the FDA's scare campaign and warned their own citizens not to use ivermectin.  Take a look:


Now let's take this apart.  First, I guarantee that the Texas Department of State Health Services did NOT do a single bit of its own research to arrive at the claims it's made that I've underlined above.  They aren't even remotely equipped to do that kind of research.  Instead they simply parroted the FDA's lies.

How about that unequivocal claim that "ivermectin cannot treat viral illnesses"?  In the comments to the DSHS lie a pharmacist posted a link to an NIH paper saying it helps against three specific viruses: West Nile, Dengue and Zika.  Went over everyone's head.

Now for a real hoot: Go to the DSHS website and read the damn comments, from scores of leftist morons who wouldn't know a virus from a bacterium, but who are convinced that ivermectin has NO anti-viral properties at all.  Now where do ya suppose these cretins got that idea, eh?

Of course: From the FDA's directives, which claimed it was used to treat intestinal parasites.  Certainly that's one of its uses, "but hey, if dat drug helped humans fight off viruses, why din' duh FDA say so, eh?  Since dey din' do dat, mus' not work on virus!  See?  Har har har!  Stupid conservatives!"

Porridgebrain DECREES an extension of moratorium on student-loan repayments while court considers legality of bribe

I see Porridgebrain just DECREED that the "moratorium" on student-loan repayments was now extended for nine more months, or until the court case challenging his $20,000 per student "loan forgiveness" bribe was decided.

About 45 million people in the U.S. have student debt. The Federal Reserve estimates that as of the third quarter of 2022 these borrowers owed more than $1.7 trillion on their student loans.

That's an average of about $38,000 apiece, which makes the offer of up to $20,000 in "forgiveness" (i.e. you and your parents will pay off the loans biden generously "forgives") REALLY attractive to all student borrowers.  Which means they'll vote Democrat to ensure they'll get the payoff.

Whoa!  Who could have predicted THAT, eh? 


 

Vaxxed pilot of commercial jet dies just after takeoff from Chicago; Will FAA push to learn cause of death?

Last Saturday the pilot of an American Airlines flight departing from Chicago O'Hare "became incapacitated."  The copilot returned to the airport and landed.  The pilot was taken to a hospital but later died.

FAA spokes-person: "This hasn't happened in years, because our rules say airline pilots over 40 must take a thorough physical exam every six months.  So we're really thoroughly investigating this tragic incident."  

Reporter: "So you can confirm he'd passed a flight physical in the last six months?"

FAA: "Oh, absolutely.  Otherwise we wouldn't allow him to fly.  We take the safety of the public VERY seriously."

Reporter:  "So when will the results of the autopsy be released?"

FAA: "Uh...what?  Who said there was gonna be an autopsy?  There's no reason to do an autopsy."

Reporter: "Well we know that after biden ordered all working Americans to take the jab or be fired, American Airlines, like all the airlines, went along, forcing all pilots to take the jab.  So if the pilot passed a Class-1 flight physical in the previous six months, wouldn't it be reasonable to order an autopsy to try to discover how whatever killed him less than six months later wasn't detected by the physical exam?

FAA:  "Oh, the FAA doesn't have the authority to do that.  That would have to be ordered by our wonderful Secretary of Transportation, Mr. Pete Buttigeig.  And I'm afraid he's vacationing with his husband for the next couple of months.  We don't know where, so there's no chance of getting him to authorize an expensive autopsy.  We wouldn't want to waste taxpayer dollars, right?"

Security guard to reporter:  "Come with me, sir.  We have some questions we want to ask you." 

Flu deaths that supposedly "vanished" were deliberately mis-categorized as Chyna virus

Your rulers know most Americans aren't good with numbers.  They count on that to pull outrageous scams.

If you're not clear on the "not good with numbers" thing, ask any college student what the interest rate on their credit card is, and what they'd pay in a year if they have a balance of, say, $5,000.  Ask your congresscreep how many more billions the country will have to pay next year due to the increase in the interest rate on the two-year Treasury note.  You'll get a blank look. 

So with that said...Back in 2020 and 2021, those of us who do know numbers very well noticed something really odd:  The number of flu deaths reported had dropped almost to zero.

This was odd because in an average year about 40,000 Americans die from the flu.  What would make the flu suddenly take a year or two off?

Of course the most logical explanation was that the 40,000 flu deaths had been falsely attributed to the Chyna virus--presumably to increase the panic among citizens and thus make them eager to do ANYTHING the government ordered to "keep them safe."

This impossible "anomaly" in flu deaths was brought up to the CDC, which totally ignored it.  Refused to respond in any way--because they knew the claim of "no flu deaths" was horseshit, and that if admitted it would tend to make some people skeptical that perhaps the government agencies were lying about LOTS of things.

So with that as background, a doctor finally gathered all the data on *reported* child flu deaths and put it in a graphical form that makes the scam obvious.  Take a look:

As you see, in the 2020-2021 flu season there was only one reported pediatric flu death., compared to hundreds in the prior year.  (Remember these are just pediatric deaths.)

The pattern continues in the 2021-2022 flu season, with just a couple of dozen deaths.

"Pay no attention to the graph, citizens.  The low numbers are simply reporting errors.  Wait...computer glitches.  Wait...  We're working to find a cover story you'll believe, so be patient."

Google rigging results so "Died Suddenly" does NOT direct you to the hour-long video released yesterday

If you've been paying attention you may have heard about some young, fit Americans "dying suddenly."  It's happening so often it's even sparked a mocking acronym, SADS--sudden adult death syndrome, even though the victims are often in their 20's or even younger.  (SADS is a takeoff on SIDS--sudden infant death syndrome, which was a thing back in the 1980s.)

Coroners can't find the cause of death, but because any one coroner only sees a couple of these cases in a month, none of the victims is ever autopsied, so if there's an internal cause, coroners don't find it (because it's not identifiable without an autopsy, and no one is demanding those).

But despite no autopsies, one group of technicians has found a common thread.  It's just that no one in government--and almost no one in the Media--wants to know, or wants you to know.

One of the jobs of the lavishly-funded "Center for Disease Misinformation"--oh, sorry: "Control" is to investigate things like this.  Normally if otherwise healthy young people were dying all over the country for no known reason, the CDC would be investigating.  But for some reason the CDC was totally uninterested in these unusual deaths.  

A great question to ask is, If that's usually your job, why no interest in finding the cause of these deaths?  I'd love to see House Republicans subpoena Rochelle Walensky (head of the CDC) and ask her that question.

The techs who've found the cause are embalmers--some with 40 or even 50 years of experience.

If you're queasy, best to stop reading here.  And of course most Americans ARE far too queasy to deal with reality, so there ya go, citizen.

So for those remaining: Embalming involves draining the blood from the body and replacing it with a fluid that doesn't solidify.  And beginning in January of 2021 embalmers began to notice that in many patients it was unusually difficult to pump the embalming fluid into the body.  And they soon found that this was because the arteries and veins were filled with long tube-like structures that resembled blood clots--hence the mocking name for the jab as "the clot shot."

But on closer inspection it was found that the although the clot-like structures had blood on the ends, most of the structure was off-white, and had a rubbery consistency.  Embalmers began to preserve the removed structures, with some embalmers accumulating hundreds of sample bottles of the things.  And looking at their size it's amazing the victims survived as long as they did.

To be clear: No structures like these have EVER been found in the blood before January of 2021--a fact attested to by literally hundreds of embalmers.  But now they're common.  Embalmers say they've tried to bring this to the attention of gruberment authorities, but not one has shown any interest.

So now a film-maker has released an hour-long video interviewing dozens of embalmers, and containing the testimony of various military doctors and flight surgeons, attesting to the huge increase in debilitating diseases and other abnormal events that seem to have started after January of 2021.

The military docs say they reported the huge increases to their superior officers in the DoD but were ignored.  Hmmm...  This is starting to sound familiar.

So with this as background:  The video was released yesterday evening and has already been viewed over two million times--in less than a day.  That's...interesting.  The name of the video is "Died Suddenly," but if you search Google for exactly that name, you get everything BUT the film.  But if you begin the search with "Stew Peters 'Died Suddenly', it's there.  Problem is, the first dozen hits don't take you to the vid but to a trailer.

And there's a second tipoff that the fix is in--that Google is rigging its search results because they don't want anyone to see the video:  Even if you search using the term shown above, the corrupt sons of bitches at Google put this warning on the search results to wave you off:

AH, yes, of course:  Google tells searchers the equivalent of Watch Out!  "It looks like the results below are changing quickly."  Why that warning?  It's tipped with the next sentence: "It can sometimes take time for reliable sources to publish..."

Ah, "reliable sources," ya say.  Sounds like what you really mean--but can't admit--is "It takes time for government and media propagandists to crank out articles that will effectively debunk the video we want you to ignore."

That's even clearer when you read the command "Come back later." Translation: "You don't want to view this video, citizen, because if you wait, 'other soureces might have more information in a few hours or days."

Now, I've just shown you that Google is trying to make people either not find or ignore this vid.  And I hate Google and all the rat-bastard liberal scum that rule this poor country.  But even so, my advice is that you NOT watch this video if you have a weak stomach or get queasy watching forceps pulling long clots out of veins.  

And if you're a battle-hardened son of a bitch, don't watch it if you've been drinking--because it will make you wanna do well-deserved violence to all the bastards shown in the vid smugly lying to your face about the jab being "Safe and Effective."

With that said let me note that while the vid has lots of information that the Left can bleat isn't true, it also quote (and shows) a document from Pfizer that you need to see.  During the VERY short clinical trials of the jab, the document from the company admits it gave the jab to 270 pregnant women.  They then mysteriously "lost track" of all but a dozen or so.  Of that group, 11 had spontaneous miscarriages (stillbirths).  Only one had a successful live birth.

Keep in mind that this information is in a document written by the company that made the vax.  They never expected it to be released in your lifetime, having gotten their corrupt cronies in the FDA to bleat that the FDA would have to review every one of the 330,000 pages of docs submitted by Pfizer to get the Emergency Use Authorization, and that the FDA just didn' have enuf pipo to do dat, so duh bes' dey could do was release, oh, 500 pages per month.  

So lessee here: 660 months, dat beez, oh, 55 years befo' dey release duh whole batch.  So...shut up and be patient, peasant!  We'll tell you what happened in 55 years!  Or maybe not, cuz y'all beez ded by then.

But in a miraculously unexpected ruling, the judge in the case told the FDA "Not gonna let y'all get away with that.  You gonna release 5,000 pages a month.  Got it?"

FDA sho' din' wanna do dat, but...we have the doc noted above.  So let's review what it said, eh?

You do remember, right?  I mean, you just got through reading the result, right?  So SURELY you recall...

The results were that out of 270 pregnant women supposedly enrolled in the trials, Pfizer claims to have "lost track" of all but 11, of which TEN pregnancies resulted in miscarriages.

For the math-phobic, ten miscarriages out of 11 pregnancies is a rate of almost 91 percent.  Compare that to the historic rate of about six percent in 2020 (i.e. before the first jabs).

Very late in the vid an ObGyn with 40 years' experience says that when he began his practice the rate of stillbirths was around ten per 100 pregnancies, but by 2020 it had fallen to around 5.8 per 100.  But then after the first huge wave of vaccinations he says that rose to...wait, this can't be right: 29 per 100??

If true that's almost a five-fold increase.  If we go to the statistical tables for normal distributions (if you don't know exactly what this means you're dismissed; you're qualified to observe, not bleat), we find that the odds of this happening by chance are so close to zero as to be negligible.

Now let me show you how the Regime--the Establishment that jammed all this down your throats--tries to convince you it's all in your mind.  Here's what Google tells us is a "Reuters fact-check."  For the naive, Reuters is as far Left as the Associated Press--which is where most networks get their "newz."

See how neatly they did this?  "The blog relies on unconfirmed reports," says Reuters.  But they neatly avoid telling you the source of what they've claimed is "unconfirmed reports."  It's a database called "DMED," which was a database on all armed forces personnel, run by the Defense Department to monitor the health of our armed forces.  Entirely reasonable, eh?

Well...since the "armed forces" now include a ton of females, someone in the DoD declared that the database had to include pregnancy outcomes.  (Yeah, that's a big deal to an armed forces, eh?  Wait, it should be, unless your government is "woke" and demands that women be in the armed forces.)

SO...the corrupt biden-appointed Secretary of Defense ORDERED that every member of the armed forces take the jab, and that anyone who refused would be booted out.  So we have a group of "service members" who are virtually all vaxxed.  And among those female members the REPORTED rate of spontaneous miscarriages was four times higher than before the jab.

And then a miraculous thing happened--something that's an absolute hallmark of a tyrannical regime:  Within 24 hours of a whistleblower revealing that, the painstakingly assembled "DMED" was taken off the Net.

"Dat not true!  Dat fake newz!  Duh reeel DMED beez still up!  It don' say nuffin' like dat!"  OR..."An unexpected glitch in the internet has inexplicably removed the figures for miscarraiges among female members of the armed forces.  We do NOT know why that happened, and are working to understand and restore this data point.  Yep yep yep.  And you can believe us becuz we're reel officials working fo' duh biden administration."

Yeah.  Well.  A medical officer testified that it happened.  Argue with her about it, if you have first-hand knowledge.

Oh wait...you don't.  But that won't stop asshole Democrats from claiming the whistleblower was wrong.  Why am I not surprised?

How the Left can make Twitter unprofitable

Sometimes the future is easy to predict.

The Left is absolutely furious that Musk bought Twatter, and that he's reinstating the accounts of conservatives banned by the pencil-neck snowflakes who ran the platform.  So since it's no long a total tool of the Left, the Left is desperately looking for ways to destroy it.

I want Musk's reform of Twitter to succeed, so I want to predict one of the ways the Left  will try to do that, so Musk can have time to possibly devise a defense (though to be honest, I don't think there is one)..

The Lying Mainstream Media has "reported"--breathlessly, frantically--that among the thousands of Twatter employees fired by Musk are most or all of those who worked on "security."  Logically, one of the jobs of that division was to help users whose accounts had been hacked, either through hackers guessing their passwords, or (more likely) by political saboteurs who paid Twatter employees up to several thousand dollars to give 'em the password of a user the saboteur wanted to discredit (by making a bogus tweet).

So I predict the Left will get dozens of its members to claim that *due to negligence by Twitter in firing "security" workers,* hackers were able to access Twatter's computers and learn the users' passwords, and then posted damaging tweets posing as that user. 

The users who were supposedly hacked will then sue Twitter for damages, allegedly caused by Musk's firing.the security workers.  But in reality, the supposedly "hacked" users would have given their password to someone else, who will make the damaging tweet.

Since there's no way to determine whether a password was hacked (absence of evidence doesn't prove it didn't happen, and the tweet was clearly damaging to the user so logically the user wouldn't have done it), Musk ends up having to defend hundreds of lawsuits in different jurisdictions.  

I'm not worried about tipping this to the Left because a) it's such an obvious scam, and b) leftists have no reason to read this blog.  But perhaps someone can warn Musk.

Head of the ADL blasts Musk for reinstating Trump's account, claims that's a "threat to democracy"

If you're a young American NOT living in the northeast U.S. you may not know what the "ADL" is.  That's the "Anti-defamation League"--a Jewish organization formed over 100 years ago to point out and condemn anti-semitism.  Fair enough.

But like far too many organizations, officials of the ADL have turned their organization into yet another shill for leftism.

Of course you immediately discount that, and fair enough.  So let's take a look at the evidence.  

Donald Trump has always been a strong supporter of Israel.  His son-in-law, Jared Kushner, is Jewish.  So it's hard to see why the ADL would complain about Elon Musk reinstating Trump's Twitter account--and would then add "Maybe it's time for Twitter to go."

The reason is obvious:  Before Musk spent $44 billion to buy it, Twitter was totally Leftist, and censored anyone who posted anything the Left and Dems didn't want you to see.  So when Musk bought Twitter, Leftists and Dems were furious.  They knew that the popular platform--with hundreds of millions of users--now threatened their otherwise-total control of social media.

So they've started a campaign to try to get users to leave Twitter.  

Thus we see the CEO of the ADL, Jonathan Greenblatt, tweet this:

Why would the head of the Jewish ADL blast Musk for reinstating the Twitter account of the president who has most strongly supported Israel, eh?

It's because Greenblatt--like the entire Left--is desperate for Twitter users to abandon the platform, so it won't be able to influence future U.S. policy--and elections.

Anyone think the founder of FTX--and a big donor to the Democrat party--Bankman-Fried, will be charged?

As the ripples from the collapse of FTX continue to widen, the Democrat-loving Mainstream Media is hard at work trying to gen up sympathy for the mastermind of the whole brazen con, liberal darling Sam Bankman-Fried, constantly describing him as "civic-minded" and a "philanthropist."

So between those efforts and the way the corrupt U.S. system of...I was gonna say "justice" but that'a a sick, sick joke today--anyway, the way the system works for Democrats, I wanna make my prediction this day: The ludicrous "mastermind" of FTX and Alameda Research will pay a $10 million fine to the Securities and Exchange Commission--without admitting any guilt, nor being required to.  He'll be sentenced to five years, but he'll  appeal, and after a year or so it'll be reduced to three years.

Then that'll be appealed, and he'll end up being released after serving 15 months.

Think that's unlikely?  In that case you're either under 30 or don't pay attention to current events.  Specifically, consider what happened after the collapse of a firm called MF Global, whose chairman and CEO was a Democrat former U.S. senator and then governor of New Jersey, Jon Corzine. 

Corzine had been chief financial officer and a senior partner at Goldman Sachs before leaving in 1999.  When that firm later became a public company Corzine pocketed $400 million.

The company was heavily involved in trading "derivatives," which were    At the direction of Corzine it seems to have engaged in some risky trades that lost lots of money, and was accused of using customer money to pay its own bills.  So, a "liquidity crunch."  

Losses to investors totalled around $1.6 billion, though eventually investors reportedly recovered about 93% of their funds.

Despite testimony from employees that Corzine.personally ordered the transfer of client funds to the firm, Obama's DOJ declined to prosecute, and ended up paying a relatively small $5 million fine to the CFTC.  But it's noteworthy that Corzine settled with the CFTC without being required to admit any misconduct at all.  He wasn't even barred from future securities work.  Very nice deal.

Even though FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried isn't a Democrat politician, he certainly gave the Dems LOTS of money, so even though the collapse of FTX and Alameda will almost certainly cost investors several billion, as opposed to the modest losses to MF Global investors, he'll be protected.

It's the Democrat way.
