"Student wears shirt to school saying...wait, this can't be legal, can it? HELP! POLICE!" Shriek!!
In March a 7th-grader in the blue shithole city of Middleborough, Massachusetts, wore a t-shirt to the local middle school with the message "There are only two genders."
The pro-tranny tyrants running the place ordered him to remove the shirt, bleating that "several students and staff had reportedly complained." He says he was told that the statement "made other students feel unsafe."
(At trial, demand that the school produce the alleged complainants so they can be cross-examined under oath.)
He refused to remove the shirt. Amazingly the tyrants didn't beat him to death or subject him to electro-shock "therapy" or lobotomy. They merely kicked him off school grounds.
Now: Most people read this and shrug, because schools have "dress codes," and don't allow students to wear clothes that say things like "Legalize pot." So they dismiss this story, rationalizing that schools can order any kid to remove any item of clothing the adminishits don't like.
But consider: The statement was 'There are only two genders.' The insane tranny/snowflake army has bleated that there are six or 25 or 57 "genders." Residents of Democrat-ruled shithole states and cities have gone along with this crap because a) they have better things to do with their time, and b) they think it's harmless. But now, for the first time in the U.S., an agency of government has ruled that students can't say (or wear a shirt saying) there are only two genders--because uttering the truth offends members of a "specially-protected class."
So at last the insanity has become official: the entire nation must finally confront the question, Is it to now be the government's policy that citizens can no longer say "there are only two genders" without being punished?
The kid's shirt bore a true statement. It didn't advocate for anything illegal. So the bullshit rationale for kicking him out was "a student or staffer didn't like what your shirt said." The pro-tranny tyrants running the school refused to let him wear a shirt that bore a true statement they didn't like.
I would LOVE to litigate this. And if I were interested in a huge payday at taxpayer expense I'd partner with conservative parents to send kids to school wearing shirts saying "We need fair elections," or "Schools should teach math and history, not sex." Or something totally innocuous like "Let's go Brandon."
Oh wait, the tyrants also made the students remove those sweatshirts too. On what grounds? "We didn't like those kids making fun of our wonderful Democrat president."
In an email, Middleborough pro-tranny Democrat superintendent Carolyn Lyons claimed the student had violated the school's dress code--specifically that the "content [sic] of the shirt targeted students of a protected class; namely in the area of gender identity."
So, Carolyn Lyons thinks "gender identity" is a protected class, eh? Not by law it's not. But the shithead occupying the oval office issued an executive order saying HE interpreted Title IX as making trannies a "specially-protected class," and that HE was ORDERING his "education department" to force all schools to go along.
So...guess we're done here, right? Oh wait...not quite.
On April 13th the Middleborough School Committee (??) met to discuss ways to get more students to "transition." One of the speakers was unexpected: the student who was kicked out for wearing the T-shirt. He recounted the incident and why his being accused of violating the school's "dress code" violated his first-Amendment rights of free speech--i.e. was tyrannical liberal horseshit.
The young man's revealing, no-nonsense speech went viral when it was posted on the popular Twitter account "Libs of TikTok."
Hahahahahaha! Eat shit, tyrants.
Democrat commenters on Twitter were a hoot: "I don't think primary school is the place for political statements," bleated one. Immediately below, this: "So, you oppose rainbow flags and 'celebrate diversity' signs, right?"
Another bleated "There are only two *sexes,* but by definition gender is not similar to sex! How do you people still not get it?" Follwed by this: "That's interesting, since the first thing tranny William Thomas did was DEMAND to join the girls' swim team. Sounds like he thinks his "gender" is synonymous with sex."
Another liberal bleated, "No child should be doing this. Parents should never use their kids to push the parents' political views." Followed by "So no doubt you agree that Greta Thunberg shouldn't be lecturing us either, since she's in exactly that position?"
And about the claim that "some students" said they felt "unsafe" because of the perfectly true statement on the shirt: If "feeling unsafe" is a reason to make someone else comply, does anyone think for a moment a male wearing girls' clothes and using the girls' bathroom would be asked to leave school?
Not even close. Does anyone think for a moment that the pro-tranny school adminishits would pay attention if a 13-year-old girl said "I feel unsafe with this creep in my bathroom"? Hell no.
So when trannies claim a true statement on a T-shirt "makes them feel unsafe," school adminishits throw out the wearer. But if a real girl said she felt unsafe due to a male in the girls' locker room, the adminishits would ignore her. So schools ignore "I feel unsafe" unless its from a tranny. Got it.
This may strike many as "much ado about nothing." But it's not. Instead it's a huge "watershed" moment-- a possible tipping point: If the tranny mafia get away with this seemingly trivial incident of suppressing the free speech of a 12-year-old student, the die is cast: The tyrants can crush ANY speech they want, simply by claiming it makes some citizen somewhere "feel unsafe."
Obviously we've been dancing around this point for several years now, with universities (once defenders of free speech when in helped the Left) now refusing to allow conservative speakers to speak on campus, claiming speech the Left doesn't like is "hate speech."
We've been building to this point for years. Maybe this will force the issue, which is: What is to be the governing principle: Free speech, or adminishits bleating that "yew cain't say dat, cuz I said so"?
