Hunter Biden appears in family court in Arkansas on charges of not paying child support. Pleads poverty

Four years ago Hunter Biden fathered a child with a 28-year-old woman he met when she was working at a strip club.  He denied paternity, but was forced to take a DNA test which proved he was the father.  He was then ordered to pay child support. He had reportedly agreed to a payment totaling around $2.5 million, though it was not clear over what period of time.

Last September Hunter's attorneys reopened the case, asking the court to reduce his monthly child-support payments due to an alleged “substantial material change” in his financial situation.

I know you'll all be shocked to learn that Hunter hasn't been paying ordered child support to the mother of his child, and in fact he asked the judge to reduce the amount of his payments, claiming that his income from Burisma and China was down considerably this year income was much reduced now.

Whereupon the female judge in Arkansas ordered Hunter to appear in Arkansas court, with documents.

Ooohhh.  If I were a biden I'm not sure I'd want to go to trial in an Arkansas court for failure to pay child support for a cute blonde 4-year-old.  Have a feeling there might be some real anger amongst honest, hardworking jurors toward a totally corrupt crack addict son of a career DC politician.  Of course that's just my guess.

In any event, to the surprise of many, Hunter appeared for the hearing, arriving in a motorcade of five cars, surrounded by secret service bodyguards and lawyers.  See, if you're the rich guy begging the court to reduce your child support payments, your chances of success go way down if you don't show up, eh?  So at least he's that smart.

So...lots of interesting info from the Hunter appearance in the Arkansas court two days ago.  The Media had implied that his relationship with Roberts, the baby momma, was a one-night stand after he met her at a strip club.  But now we find that she was actually a regular paramour while Hunter was sleeping with his dead brother's wife.  In fact, we learned that at some point Hunter had put the stripper on the payroll of one of Hunter's bribe-bagging business, "Rosemont-Seneca Associates."  

It would be interesting to ask Hunter--in a sworn deposition--what she did for his company.

Explaining why he hadn't paid the court-ordered child support, Hunter pleaded poverty, wailing that his high-end Porsche was repossessed, for example.  The judge didn't buy it, noting press reports that Hunter's immensely impressive paintings had been selling for a quarter of a million bucks apiece, and instructed the mother's lawyers to subpoena more records of Hunter's finances.  

The judge also directed her lawyers to subpoena the records of the NYC art gallery that has an exclusive contract to sell his talented paintings. The judge wants to know who bought what, and for how much.  

I can predict with a high degree of certainty that the NYC art gallery won't comply, since an Arkansas court has no jurisdiction in NY.  The only way to get those records would be if New York State agreed to cooperate and enforce the subpoena from Arkansas.  But since NY is ruled by Democrats, that ain't gonna happen.

Only a federal court can settle conflicts between states, so unless a *federal* court compels NY State to comply (which will never happen), we have a standoff.

If the suit isn't settled, both Hunter and the child's mother will have to sit for depositions in mid-June.  In theory they'll have to answer questions under oath, but Democrat president Bill Clinton was able to successfully dodge a perjury conviction for lying under oath by having his Media supporters claim "everyone lies about sex."  So I expect the crackhead Hunter to have the same regard for "under oath" as Slick Willy.

If the case still isn't settled, a trial to determine whether Hunter’s child support payments should be reduced is set for July.

Now: Hunter isn't smart enough to settle this by paying his court-ordered child support.  After all, this is the guy who forgot he left one of his many laptop computers at a repair shop, and when it was discovered, at the request of Tony Blinken the entire intel establishment falsely claimed the tens of thousands of incriminating emails found on it were just "Russian disinformation."  Every Media outlet quickly agreed, without asking a single pointed question.  So yeah, he thinks he can get away with ANYTHING.

But there's no way biden's handlers are willing to risk any more damaging facts coming out in court.  Fortunately for Hunter, enough people want to bribe his father--the quote-unquote "president"--that there a dozen suck-ups will offer to pay the settlement amount on Hunter's behalf, as a pure gift--just like the Hollywood talent lawyer who paid two million bucks to settle Hunter's back taxes two years ago.

Wait...you say you never heard about that?  Ah, of course you didn't.

It's good to be the son of a Dem president, cuz you have lots of friends who'll give you money, eh?

That, citizen, is how a Democrat-fellating media deflect your attention from whatever they want you to ignore, to The Narrative they want.  Classic switcheroo.  Hey NBC, ESAD.
