How gun control / confiscation will work

1)  In a Dem-run state a few wolves have been killing sheep.
2)  Democrat herd owners note that the sheep have been killed by teeth.
3)  They all agree that teeth are deadly, so they remove the teeth from their sheep.
4) The wolf still has teeth, and sheep killings continue undiminished.

Democrat herd owners are baffled.  "How could our plan not work," they ask.  "We had a perfect analysis and a perfect solution.  It should have worked!"

One owner says "I have an idea for what we should do."  The rest listen intently.

Next day the lead story in local paper reads "Sheep killings have dropped 87% after brilliant plan by Democrats."
