Swiss apparently tired of immigrants demanding welfare AND citizenship, so...

Citizens of Switzerland seem to have gotten wise to the scam of African "refugees" entering their country simply for the generous taxpayer-funded welfare benefits.  So they passed a law that took effect on the first of the year that anyone who's been on welfare in the past three years can't be given Swiss citizenship unless they pay back the money they received.

Seems reasonable.  But of course if congress were to pass such a law here in the U.S, a liberal judge would immediately rule it unconstitutional.  Cuz, fairness.  Or something
