DOJ mysteriously drops all charges against an arms dealer--because his trial would have exposed Hillary's role

If you're a firearms dealer and sell an itty-bitty .22  to someone who doesn't pass a background check, you'll go to jail.  But when an American arms dealer got charged with selling weapons to Libyan rebels, the emperor's people mysteriously moved to dismiss charges against him.

Now, that's odd.  The motion to dismiss wasn't because they had a shaky case against the guy.  Instead it was because the case threatened to expose the role of The Precioussss, Hilliary Rotten Clinton, in helping the CIA sell arms to all sorts of middle-east bad guys.

Yep, two days ago the Justice Department filed a motion in federal court in Phoenix to drop the case against the arms dealer, an American named Marc Turi.  The deal averts a trial that threatened to cast additional scrutiny on Hillary Clinton’s private emails as Secretary of State, and to expose reported Central Intelligence Agency attempts to arm rebels fighting Libyan leader Moammar Qadhafi.

The trial had been set to begin on Election Day, so clearly the Democrats couldn't allow that to cloud the chances of the first woman president.

The motion to dismiss asks the judge to accept a confidential agreement to resolve the case through a civil settlement between the State Department and Turi.  A Turi associate asserted that the government dropped the case because the proceedings could have embarrassed Clinton and President Barack Obama by calling attention to the reported role of their administration in supplying weapons that fell into the hands of Islamic extremist militants.
“They don’t want this stuff to come out because it will look really bad for Obama and Clinton just before the election,” said the associate.

The Obama administration wanted this to go away so badly that they didn't even try to fine the guy.
Instead if Turi refrains from U.S.-regulated arms dealing for four years the emperor's peeps will waive a $200,000 civil penalty.

Sweet, eh?  How many people get that kind of sweet deal?

Well, yes, Hillary got off for exposing TOP SECRET information on her unsecured server, but then she's f'n royalty so we wouldn't expect otherwise.

BTW, the link at the top is to a Dem-fellating website, so everything they say is an "admission against interest."  Which means the actual story is probably worse.
