Last Friday a Muslim judge fined 72-year-old Rebecca Lavrenz $103,000 and sentenced her to six months of house arrest and 12 months of probation, for entering an unlocked door in the Capitol building on January 6th.

The judge also ordered the confiscation of all funds people had donated for her legal defense.  He claimed the funds were "inappropriately raised," stating, “There is a wellspring of money that you have that I don’t believe is appropriate for you to have.”

Ah..."I don't believe it's appropriate for you to have," eh?  Is there a law or crime there, asshole?

Lavrenz was found guilty of four federal *misdemeanors* for walking into an open door at the U.S. Capitol and praying.  We add the last because Muslim judge Zia Faruqui specifically berated her for what he called her "misplaced faith."

In his sentencing memo recommending the maximum possible sentence, harris/biden/garland prosecutor Matthew Graves wrote that because Lavrenz had pointed out that the J6 protesters were being  persecuted by the regime because of their opposition to it, she should be considered “unrepentant” in her “promotion of the riot.”

The prosecutor absurdly, outrageously claims that her stating that protesters were being persecuted “is powerful evidence that she continues to pose a threat to future acts of political violence.”  He actually wrote that.

The $103,000 fine is believed to be the largest ever imposed for a misdemeanor charge in U.S. history. In addition to the fine, the Muzz judge banned Lavrenz from using the internet for six months. This restriction, typically reserved for child porn cases, is almost unheard of for misdemeanors.

At sentencing her defense team argued that the internet ban would prevent her from managing her Bed & Breakfast business, checking her email, or accessing online banking, which would impoverish her.  

The judge smirked, saying his order was absolutely justified "to prevent the spread of inflammatory material online, particularly in the lead-up to the election."

Hey asshole: We have a thing called the First Amendment.  You're probably not familiar with it because your shithole doesn't have anything remotely like it.  It says Americans can even advocate the regime be overthrown, provided it's not by force or violence.  So your horseshit claim of preventing "inflammatory material" violates her First Amendment rights.

Faruqui also ordered Lavrenz to submit to government monitoring software on her computer and mobile phone.  He also ordered that she not be allowed to meet with her congressman or senator at the Capitol without the permission of her probation officer.

At what point does it become totally clear that this draconian, wholly disproportionate sentence is purely intended to intimidate Americans from speaking out against the Democrat regime?

During sentencing the Muslim judge made several pointed remarks expressing skepticism about the defendant's faith.

He also criticized her involvement in what he described as a misguided ministry, stating, “Your faith is being misplaced right now.”

Lavrenz’s lawyer John Pierce said the 6-month internet restriction is "unprecedented and an unconstitutional restriction on her ability to speak about the 2024 election. It also severely limits her ability to fundraise to help pay for her appeal. This is yet another dark reminder of the two-tier system of justice.”
