Surprise! Main J6 provocateur Ray Epps gets NO jail time as judge colludes with DOJ

If you don't know who Ray Epps is, you're too stupid or uninterested to continue to breathe.

Epps was caught on two absolutely damning videos, the first on the night before J6, in which he's seen yelling at a crowd gathered around him--while wearing a red MAGA hat-- "We need to go INTO the Capitol tomorrow!  INTO it!"

Those demands were so inflammatory and  outrageous that members of the crowd began chanting (in unison) "Fed, fed, fed!"  The crowd knew.  It was obvious.

The next day--Jan6--Epps, again wearing a red MAGA hat, was caught on cell-phone video urging a much younger co-conspirator to rush the cops on the capitol steps.  He's got his arm around the younger man, whose body language clearly identifies him as a subordinate.

SO with that background: Despite the two videos being widely known, the FBI never  even interviewed Epps in the initial (fake) "investigation," and he was never charged with *anything* even as 1,200 citizens were imprisoned without being offered bail.

What does that tell you?

As the two videos garnered millions more views, the Democrats who engineered the so-called "insurrection" realized they couldn't continue to cover for their agent, so the J6 committee called Epps to testify.  It was an exercise in propaganda.

SO...*finally,* thanks to the fortuitous capture on cell-phone video of the government agent demanding that people enter the Capitol on J6, the biden regime felt it could no longer avoid charging the guy.  And he was found guilty of aggravated double-parking, with sentencing earlier this week.

The Lying Mainstream Media said he was facing a possible two-year sentence, like most of the other J6 protesters.  They said that to get Americans to believe that would happen, so presumably finally justice would be served, eh?

Yesterday--Tuesday, Jan 9--Epps was sentenced.  If the average J6 protester was jailed for two years, what do you think Epps got, eh?

Zero.

Here's how the utter Dem cesspool Axios reported it:
>>A Jan. 6 *rioter,* *falsely deemed to be a covert FBI agent* who helped incite *the attack,* was sentenced on Tuesday to a year of *probation.*
The government and judge admitted that *usually* conduct like Ray Epps' would "warrant jail time"--but the government said he "engaged in de-escalation tactics">>

<<Really?  By demanding that people "go INTO the Capitol?<<

>>...and the [corrupt] judge said [Epps] had already suffered enough because of "conspiracy theories" that he was some kind of fed.>>

Whoa, say it ain't so, bastards!  Epps?  A federal agent?  Un-possible!  He's just a guy who, after being caught on two videos urging others to go into the Capitol, somehow gets biden's corrupt DOJ to urge that he NOT be sentenced to the same prison terms others (who did nothing) got.

We knew that as a fed agent, Epps would NOT be sentenced to jail time, since he would have ratted out his employers.  Thus the DOJ had to push for no jail time--even as every other J6-er got two years (on average).

So damn obvious.

A guy posting as "Radix Verum" attended Ray Epps sentencing, and said
>>The prosecutor praised Epps "de-escalation tactics" **and had a whole slide show already prepared, entitled "Attempts to De-escalate."**

The prosecutor claimed Epps never entered the Capitol himself, to justify no jail time.  Yet the corrupt government has sentenced roughly 500 J6 protesters to two years in jail (for the alleged crime of "insurrection") who ALSO never entered the Capitol. In those cases the utterly corrupt DOJ claimed that not entering the building did NOT mitigate their crimes or prevent them from being sentenced to prison.

But somehow--mysteriously--they reversed that argument with their agent, Epps.

Instead they totally absolve Ray Epps, claiming he reeeally tried to "de-escalate" the situation.

Watch the vids.  Show us a single frame in which he's "trying to de-escalate."

Yet the corrupt DOJ expects us to believe that Epps is NOT a federal agent. Not even a little bit.

The utterly corrupt DOJ prosecutor claimed the Epps case was a "unique and complicated case."  Really, sparky?  Show us how it was "unique."  You're a lying son of a whore.

The only unique thing about his case is the government's clear, obvious determination NOT to sentence their agent to prison-which would have almost certainly have gotten him to blow the whistle on the plot.

The obvious "tell" is the prosecutor already having the slide-show prepared, claiming Epps "tried to de-escalate the situation."  Sure, after demanding the previous evening that everyone "go INTO the Capitol."

Show us any other J6 defendant getting this type of special treatment where a prosecutor claims their case is "unique."

The regime happily sentenced ordinary citizens to prison for merely walking by the Capitol.  By stark contrast, the guy caught on two videos urging people to enter the Capitol was NOT sentenced to prison--because he was and is a federal agent of some flavor yet to be discovered.

In a huge show of brazen bullshit, Epps's lawyers even claimed that *he's a victim* of "conspiracy theories," and as such he shouldn't be "punished futher."

Unbelievably -- by which I mean, "inevitably" -- the corrupt judge agreed that "The important thing is not what happened on January 6, but what happened after."

The judge (Boasberg) agreed that Epps was "the victim of widespread conspiracy theories."

But wait...it gets better!  DOJ prosecutors proceeded to praise Epps by claiming he actually SUPPORTED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS that day.  And how?  Epps' lawyers said that just two days later Epps called the FBI and condemned the "insurrection."

Wow, that was SO convenient, eh?  Say, you don't suppose a federal agent would do such a thing, do ya?

At "sentencing" Epps dutifully said the FBI had "nothing to do with what happened on January 6th," and blamed FoxNews for "peddling election integrity conspiracy theories."  He repeatedly said January 6 was an "insurrection"
and blamed Trump.  How totally perfect, eh?

He continues acting as a fed agent by claiming  everyone present at the Capitol that day EXCEPT HIM was an "insurrectionist."

Epps's lawyer actually claimed in court that when Epps was caught on video demanding that listeners go INTO the Capitol the next day, he was *really trying to "de-escalate" the situation, but that "the crowd didn't listen to him."

Epps's lawyer claimed Epps only "said we should go down to the Capitol," and that Epps never told people to go INTO the building.

Despite the clear audio and video evidence in the public domain, the utterly corrupt biden prosecutors never disputed this claim, despite this being captured on crystal-clear video and audio.

Then Epps's lawyer made an amazing admisson: he claimed that after reviewing the cell-phone footage of Epps commanding the crowd to go INTO the Capitol the next day, the government *formally decided NOT to charge Epps with *anything."

Hmm....  Just like with Hunter Biden, eh?

The defense lawyer then argued that being sentenced to only probation would "promote accountability."

I'm surprised that the guy didn't argue that probation-only would also end Global Warming and Inequality, and help Ukraine defeat Russia.

In his statement to the court Epps praised the FBI and antifa claiming neither had any involvement in January 6, and that all the members of "the mob" were "angry trump supporters."

And of course the prosecutors never objected.

Making the most of this faabulous propaganda opportunity Epps claimed the 2020 election was NOT stolen, and that he totally trusts the government.

Perfect, eh?

Astonishingly, the judge (Boasberg) *praised the government for being "balanced" in their presentation.*  He claimed Epps's initial conduct "probably warranted jail time," but then cited his extensive cooperation with the government "and other mitigating factors" to give Epps NO prison time, just a year of probation.

Boasberg then used the perfect platform (all the Media slobbering) to slam "conspiracy theorists," who claimed Epps was working for the regime, and that the FBI was involved. He echoed the defense and regime claims that Epps and his wife were "victims of these conspiracy theories."

So per the DOJ and the corrupt judge, Epps is a "victim" and totally NOT a government agent (whether FBI or other 3-letter cesspool).  NO ONE ELSE has gotten anything remotely like the unique sweetheart deal the regime gave Epps.
