AZ and CA say illegals can vote in *federal* elections!
Democrats know their best supporters are young people, who overwhelmingly vote Dem cuz the Dems promise 'em "free shit." Unfortunately, lots of young people didn't bother to register to vote. This vexed the Democrat leaders cuz they're all about democracy. Well, most of the time.
So the Democrat leaders came up with a brilliant idea: Why not pass a federal LAW that automatically registers people to vote when they get a driver's license?
And sure enough, about 15 years ago the Democrats rammed through a federal LAW called "Motor Voter" that did just that.
A year later "elites" and pro-illegal "activists" started this really hard push to give illegals driver's licenses. They argued that this would force the illegals (they actually said "undocumented Americans") to buy auto insurance (a lie, it didn't), and to study our rules of the road and pass a driving test. So they bleated that it would make everyone safer.
But conservatives said "Wait...if the new "Motor Voter" law says everyone who applies for a driver's license is automatically registered to vote, won't that result in all illegals who get licenses being allowed to vote?
The Democrats didn't crack a smile or bat an eye. Dey wuz ready fo' dat. "Don't worry," they smirked. There's a checkbox on the application for a license that says "I don't want to be registered because I'm not a citizen." So all they need to do is check the box, see?"
Conservatives were unconvinced--and as it turned out, rightly so, because you had to know where to look for the box, and illegals were leery of admitting they weren't citizens, which checking the box definitely admitted. So virtually no illegals checked the "Don't register me" box.
We know that because when you get a DL you also get picked up on another list: you're registered for jury duty. And when you're "summoned" for jury duty, there's a box you can check to get out of it. That box says "I decline because I am not a citizen."
A decade after the Motor Voter law was passed by the Dems, someone compared the names and addresses of people who checked "I am not a citizen" to get out of jury duty against voter registration rolls. And you'll never believe this:
80% of the people who said they weren't citizens (to get out of jury duty) were registered to vote!
Wait...I thought there was a great "mechanism" that was gonna prevent that, eh?
Sayyyy...you don't think the Democrats set that up deliberately, do ya? Nah, that's crazy-talk.
SO...today we saw the latest Dem plan to allow illegal aliens to vote in federal elections. In Arizona (high illegal population) the Election Board distributed a "guidance paper" saying that while voters had to prove citizenship to vote in STATE elections, you did NOT have to prove citizenship to vote in federal races.
WELL...instantly the Dems' army of shills, liars and propagandists flooded Twatter with loud, outraged bleats that "Dis not true!" But it was true. Take a look:
SO...as you can see, no need to have proof of citizenship to register EITHER, assholes. Then finally someone from California said "Hey, why y'all so shocked? Way back in 1994 our Democrat-ruled state jerks passed a LAW saying "The only 'proof of citizenship needed to vote is for the voter to check a box stating that they're a citizen!" And sure enough:
The cunning shills and liars then tried one more tactic, bleating that "the Constitution SAYS you have to be a citizen to vote," so neener neener neener, deplorables!" But once a totally anonymous ballot is dropped in the box, how do you tell the ones marked by citizens from the fraudulent ones, eh?
(Spoiler for young Americans and Democrats: you can't tell one from the other, meaning you have to count the bogus ones, or throw out the entire result and do it again--which judges are scared to do.)
So it's the perfect steal: once a fraudulent ballot's in the box, it gets counted, and Dems win, as happened tens of thousands of times in 2020.
To summarize: Conservatives have always expected the Democrats would eventually grant American citizenship to 20 million illegals living here (thanks to open borders). We never expected Democrat-ruled states to allow 'em to vote in federal elections WITHOUT BEING U.S. CITIZENS.
This needs to be rushed directly to the U.S. Supreme Court, NOW, as a conservative state suing both Arizona and California, to have their federal results declared invalid unless they demand proof of U.S. citizenship. It has to be done NOW because after the November election it will be too late, just as it was in 2020 when the SC issued an unsigned ruling, lacking any legal argument, refusing to hear the case of Texas suing Pennsylvania.
The thing about one state suing another is that in such cases the Supreme Court is "the court of original jurisdiction," meaning the case is properly filed there, without having to go thru any lower court.
