Four-time-deported illegal, five DUI convictions, finally kills two innocents in Colorado

Ho-hum, another day in biden's lawless, long-suffering, open-border "nation."

A man named Jose Guadalupe Menjivar-Alas entered the U.S. illegally in 2007.  He was subsequently deported four times: June 2009, June 2012, November 2014 and January 2015.

You'll note that it only took Jose less than 3 months to re-enter the U.S. illegally after the last time he was deported.  Every time you make the trip, you get faster, eh?

Jose liked the comfort of far-Left Boulder, Colorado, since the Democrats who run the place love illegal aliens.

Jose loved to drink.  A lot.  He'd been convicted four times just in Boulder County Court for variations of drunk-driving between 2007 and 2019.  

He was sentenced *yet again* for drunk driving a week ago.  After his fifth drunk-driving conviction you'd think even the most liberal judge in Boulder County would have locked him up before he killed someone, eh?  But doze Dem judges would nevah *think* of doin' dat, or of picking up the phone and telling ICE "Deport this son of a bitch."

So instead the liberal judge sentenced Jose to "probation and work release."

Four days later Jose--drunk again--swerved across a road and killed 47-year-old Melissa Powell and her 16-year-old son.

Liberal Democrat policies are killing Americans.

Colorado’s horrible "sanctuary policies" allowed a four-time-deported illegal alien, convicted five times of driving in various degrees of drunk, to stay in the country.

Until eventually his drunk driving killed two innocent Americans.

Following the orders of the state's homosexual millionaire governor, state police were barred from notifying ICE to pick up this sack of shit.  The judges in Boulder County were probably in favor of illegals staying here.

Thanks, biden!  Thanks, Democrats.  The victims meant nothing to you, but someone probably misses them dearly.
