The tranny below is chief of the "health" branch of biden's department of "health and human services."  Seriously.  He's Richard Levine, who started pretending to be female and calling himself Rachael.  So because he's a tranny, the communists running the biden/garland regime appointed him to head the "health" branch of DHS.

Cuz absolutely NOTHING screams "good mental health" like a man who demands that every one of us MUST agree that he's a woman.  And actually the illusion is really, really good, right?  I mean, you have to look really close to realize that he's really a man.  It's amazing.

Now about those things called "chromosomes:"  If you're a recent public-school graduate you may not have been taught that almost every cell in your body has "chromosomes."  Males have "XY" chromosomes, and females have "XX".  But the brilliant researchers at the National Institutes of Health (i.e. "Science!") have found a way to use mRNA to replace all the XY chromosomes in the body of a mentally ill male with XX's, turning him into a real woman!  Isn't that faaabulous??

Hahahahahahahahaha!  Just kidding!  Neither Richard Levine nor any other tranny can change their chromosomes.  But hey, if you wanna claim you're Emperor Napoleon, that's your right.  You can even scream that all the rest of must agree that you're an authentic woman.  Problem for you is, lots of us will cheerfully (or not) tell you to go [~jump off a cliff].
