Swiss writer *jailed* for stating his *opinion* that a fat lesbian was a fat lesbian

Swiss writer sentenced to 2 months in jail, fined $50,000 for calling a lesbian a ‘fat, unhinged lesbian’

Let me start by saying I don't have anything against lesbians.  There are lots of clever ones whose opinions I admire and agree with.  But as always, the crazies get dumb lawmakers to pass laws...and now we have a problem.

In 2020 the wokiez who infest Switzerland approved a LAW making it a crime to "discriminate against people on the basis of sexual orientation."

A year later a Swiss writer posted a video on Fakebook calling a lesbian a “fat, unhinged lesbian.”  Normally that would be considered an opinion, and not even remotely a crime.  But thanks to the wokiez passing their LAW, the writer has been ordered to jail and fined $50,000.

And NBC--which has a division entirely devoted to gays, called "NBC Out," and re-printed the piece from the Associated Press (buncha communist rat-bastards) is absolutely giddy with joy.

The AP piece carefully notes in the third 'graf that the writer is "a far-right writer" in case any wokie was inclined to question his sentence.

The judge ruled the writer was guilty of "discrimination, defamation and inciting hatred" for calling the fat lesbian a fat lesbian.

The co-director of a lesbian activist group said the conviction and jailing of the writer "is a strong signal that homophobic hatred cannot be tolerated in our society,” and a victory for the wokiez who passed the law "that made it illegal to discriminate against people on the basis of sexual orientation."

Notice how deftly the lesbian re-cast *stating an opinion* as "discrimination."  This of course was the goal all along.  And if you think that's not already here in the U.S. you're too dumb to reproduce.

Here in the U.S. the Left/Democrats/wokies have already gotten the ball rolling with leftist "human rights commissions" that have passed RULEZ saying it's a crime to, for example, use factually correct pronouns to refer to someone if they don't like those pronouns.  In the shithole called New York City the HRC has city approval to fine a business $250,000 for doing that.  Seriously.

Here in the U.S. championship female swimmer Riley Gaines was physically attacked by a mob of trannies for not agreeing with their DEMAND that "trans women ARE women," while burly university cops stood around with their thumb up their ass.

The left/Democrats/wokies demand that all of us do whatever they want--including agreeing with their lies that "trans women are women."  And if you refuse, they'll try to charge you with a "hate crime."

Porridgebrain even issued an Executive Order directing that "it shall now be our policy" that all the mandatory protections of special classes under Title IX were now expanded to include "or gender" as a specially protected group.  That effectively changes U.S. law, and even "installed presidents" aren't permitted to do that.  But no one has sued.
