The tranny on the left is Richard Levine, chosen by biden and his handlers to head the "Health" division of HHS.  The being on the right--who's moonlighted as a drag queen--was chosen by biden and handlers to be in charge of radioactive waste disposal.  It just got a top-secret "Q" clearance.
