Yet another federal judge blocks the last of the regime's "vax mandates" from being enforced

If you've been paying attention to the astonishingly fast shredding of the Constitution under what passes for the U.S. government, you'll recall that in September bidenfail's handlers had him order that over !50 million Americans be forced to either take the vax or be fired.

That was when bidenfail infamously said "My patience is wearing thin" with Americans who refused to take the barely-tested, ineffective, sometimes-fatal jab.  Shortly after that, Americans returned the favor, saying, in effect "Our patience is wearing thin with dictators and political parties that steal elections."

Biden's ORDER included a) all federal employees, b) all employees of private companies with 100 or more employees; and c) employees of all companies having a "federal contract."  This was deemed to include health-care workers of companies that accepted payments from Medicare and Medicaid, since this was deemed to be a "contract," even if not signed by, say, a small medical practice.  

See, contracts don't have to be signed if duh federal gruberment is one party, right?  (No, but the feds will make that claim.)

Well...biden's ORDER triggered a blizzard of lawsuits.  Two Courts of Appeals ruled against the regime on two of the groups, and today another federal judge blocked the order from being enforced on the last group--companies having a federal contract. 

The lawsuit on the mandate for federal contractors was filed by Georgia, Alabama, Indiana, Kansas, South Carolina, Utah and West Virginia, as well as a trade group for contractors.

Courts have now blocked all the administration's vaccine ORDERS for exceeding its constitutional authority.

NOW...after what certainly appears to have been a resounding legal defeat, leaders of a rational political party would put their foot down on the socialists who're actually controlling the regime--Susan Rice, Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi et al--and would say "No more of this crap.  Your insane orders are turning too many voters against us.  In another two years you can probably get away with it, but for now you will NOT issue any more 'loose cannon' orders, no matter what Obama and Rice tell you to do.  Everything gets run by us first or you're out.  Got it?"

Even a vegetable like biden would understand that.

Unfortunately we're talking about the Democrat party here, and I've never known a Dem politician to give up on any of their policies.  Same with wokie CEO's.  They never give up.  Any of you disagree?

So I predict the Dems will AGAIN try to consolidate all these cases into one, in the DC circuit, since that's the circuit court that most strongly supports the Democrat party.  Then they'll pull every string to get that court to uphold all the unconstitutional vax ORDERS.

And if that fails they'll trot out Plan B:  They won't ORDER Americans to take the jab, but will press forward with "vaccine passports" which they'll get Buttigeig's FAA to ORDER will be required to fly commercial.  Dem governors will order passports for anyone wanting to go to an "event."  Communist mayors, like bill deblasio (real name William Wilhelm) will order that passports will be required to eat in a restaurant, possibly even to shop.

And some judge (Hawaii?) will RULE that since this isn't "vax or be fired," it's within the authority of the president to order.

Some insane companies have already slapped a "surcharge" on the amount unvaxxed employees must pay for health insurance, so you can be sure top Dems are watching closely to see if any group has the stones to sue on that one.  If no lawsuit, another predictable move for the regime would be to withhold, say, $200 per month from the Social Security checks of whites who refuse the vax.

If you think that's impossible because of the 14th Amendment, think again.
