Socialist Democrat rep wants free everything

Ilhan Omar is an immigrant from Somalia.  Because Minneapolis has the largest Somali population in the U.S., Omar got elected to congress, as a Democrat, of course.

Omar is a communist, but hey, no problem, eh?  Cuz free country, right?  So members of congress can be communists or revolutionaries or pedophiles or whatever, as long as they can get a majority of the votes in their district.  Like AOC.

Like all Democrat pols, Omar knows she can get re-elected for life simply by telling her constituents that she "demands" that "the government" give them a huge list of stuff.  Here's her list:

And notice the end of the first line:  "here's what we need...as a start."

Now, when a politician promises low-info people "free stuff," virtually everyone naturally votes for whoever promised 'em the freebies.  It doesn't occur to most low-info voters that nothing is really free--that someone has to pay for every "free" benefit pols insist the government give to other people.

I suspect many of the people who voted for Omar have almost no knowledge of economics or how our government actually works, so they're happy to vote for the woman who promises 'em free stuff.  But even if they knew someone else would have to pay for their "free" stuff, they'd still vote for Omar, cuz they want the free (to them) stuff.  It really is that simple.

And to top it off, educated taxpayers who KNOW they'll have to pay for the supposedly-"free" bennies the socialists promise their voters can't defeat socialist pols from districts where a majority of voters are low-info.
