Democrat policies produce _____ results
Few people will be surprised by the assertion that "Most people take the path of least resistance."
That is, when a government (or any entity) offers people something for nothing--a freebie, benefit, shortcut--probably 95% of those offered the freebie will take it.
This is true even if it can be conclusively shown that accepting the "freebie" will hurt them in the long run--because most people think "I'd be a fool to turn down this freebie, and accepting it won't hurt me, cuz I'm...smarter. Different.
This proclivity isn't restricted to minorities/ inner-city residents/ stupid people. Hilliary Clinton realized that with her money and power she could manipulate the Democrat National Committee into ensuring that she'd win the nomination over rival Bernie Sanders. Did she say "That would be wrong. If I'm going to win the nomination, I've got to win fairly," and avoid the shorcut?
Sadly, she didn't. Like 95% of the population, she took the easy way. And that not only won her the nomination, but damn near won her the presidency.
From her post-election excuses I suspect Hilliary hasn't learned a thing, and would do the same thing again if given the chance. This is called "hubris," and philosophers have warned about it for at least 2500 years. Some ballsy reporter should ask Hilliary if she's heard of it.
So let's talk about shorcuts. Freebies. A very canny president was caught on tape saying that if his party passed his welfare proposals, "I'll have those niggers voting Democrat for the next hundred years."
Of course as soon as this was discovered, the Washington Post, NY Times, the alphabet networks and the rest of the mainstream media reacted with shock, HORROR and revulsion! "What an awful, raaacist thing to say! And how awful to use taxpayer dollars to bribe blacks to vote Democrat! We elites in the media are appalled!"
Hahahahahahahahaha! Just kidding. Not one of 'em said a word.
The reason was that the president was Lyndon Johnson. For those of you under 60 years old, Johnson was a Democrat; JFK's vice-president, elected on national sympathy after Kennedy was assassinated. And with the passage of Johnson's package of welfare benefits that he cunningly named "The Great Society," his prediction has been proven to be correct.
Wait, my bad: it's NOT the taxpayer-funded "freebies" that have kept 90-plus percent of blacks on the Democrat plantation! Instead it's that blacks and low-information white liberals are so impressed with the results of Democrat programs--which are widely lauded as producing great schools and safe streets, encouraging and supporting stable families, discouraging drug sales and use and promoting individual responsibility and love of country.
Hahahahahahahahaha! Just kidding. Cities run by Democrats are the most crime- and drug-ridden, have the worst schools and the highest percentage of single-parent households and jobless. Why? As the Dems tell it, it's all a plot by Whitey! Or maybe the CIA. Or eeeebil corporations!
Democrat policies--more welfare, tolerance of drugs, tolerance of ghastly schools--ensure that inner-city residents will never bolt, but will support Dem pols who demand that taxpayers pay for everything they want.
Democrats aren't about solving problems, they're all about creating problems, wailing about those problems and then blaming everything else: Racism. Capitalism. Corporations. The Patriarchy. Republicans.
It's always worked. And it'll continue to work, because 95% of people--growing up with no moral guidance--will take any freebie offered.
It'd be dumb not to, right? I mean, how crazy would you have to be to turn down free housing, free food, free health care, free money?
So I'm not blaming people for taking gruberment "freebies" (not really free but funded by taxpayers). I blame Democrats for using taxpayer funds to bribe folks to vote Democrat.
And of course that's the biggest shortcut of all: the ability to ensure one's own re-election by offering gullible, low-info voters "free shit" paid for by someone else.

1. St. Louis: only Democrat mayors; 90% Democrat City Council; 15,000 days.
2. Baltimore: only Democrat mayors and only Democrat City Council; 18,000 days.
3. Philadelphia: only Democrat mayors; 90% Democrat City Council; 20,000 days.
