Leftist paper shrieks that the sky is falling after repeal of cunningly-named "Net Neutrality"

The day after the election, Democrats cranked the hysteria meter to 12 and have kept it there ever since.  According to them, absolutely everything is now a crisis--because Trump.

One of these contrived crises is particularly transparent:  the Left’s shrieking over what they cunningly termed "net neutrality"-- a policy that few seem to actually understand.

But the Left/Democrats have figured out how to win votes and money from the topic, by framing their message as "The eeebil, steenkin' rich Rethuglicans want to take the Internet away from everyone who isn't rich like they all are.  We can't let them do that!  So send us money."

This message was accurately reflected in this absurd headline in the ultra-left Minneapolis Star Tribune:

Do you recall having any problem with equal access to the internet before the Obozo administration  introduced the fascist-state dream of “net neutrality” two years ago?  No, and neither do I.  The repeal of "net neutrality" certainly did not “overturn equal internet access.” Rather, the internet will be as it was in 2015 and in all previous years. 

“Net neutrality” was a Leftist's dream that would have led directly to Leftists banning anyone from posting anything on the Net that they didn't want people to see.

Think that's far-fetched?  Hyperbole?  Did you know YouTube recently created a "penalty category" for videos it doesn't want you to see?  They don't *block* such content as such, but simply make it virtually impossible to find or link to.

In Europe, Twitter and Fakebook are already banning comments critical of Islam.  Think it can't happen here?

That's the kind of thing Democrats wholeheartedly support--as long as they get to decide what's approved.
