Young illegal aliens:  "Hey, thanks for giving us that $25k in cash for first-time homebuyers, Democrats!  By making such a large down-payment we were able to get a really good deal!  The law sez we only have to repay that gift if we sell or re-finance, so in five years we plan to turn it into rental property and keep it forever!  We LOVE Democrat policies!"
