Canada's govt-lackey cops *warn citizens not to post videos of porch pirates*--"could violate their privacy"

Most Americans think of Canada as similar to the U.S.  But...in the U.S. if your doorbell video captures someone stealing a package, you have the absolute right to post it on-line (at least for now).  But in socialist Quebec, socialist Canada, cops warn "You cannot post those images...because in Canada we have a presumption of innocence."  But as even you dweebs should know, that applies when the State is putting someone on trial--which isn't at all what's happening here, eh?

Yep, cops in Quebec have warned citizens not to post surveillance videos of thieves stealing their packages off their own damn doorstep, bleating that doing so could "violate the private life" of the thieves.

Hey you stupid, stupid, corrupt toady, we have the presumption of innocence here too.  But as anyone with an IQ over 80 should know, "truth is an absolute defense"--at least here in the U.S, as in other rational nations.

But in Canada--as in the U.K where they got their laws--you can be fined and even jailed for saying something members of "special classes" of people don't like--even if what you said is totally true!

The U.K. law was written by the powerful to protect themselves and the monarchy, and it's now enforced in Canada.  So if a thug--or a government official--were to shoot someone without cause, and that act was clearly, unequivocally caught on your surveillance camera, Canadian cops say you can't post it on-line.  Insane.

"If you get some proof that somebody might have stolen something, call the police, give that proof to the police," said a province lackey. "We'll do the investigation, bring that person to justice and file some charges."

No you won't.  You lie.  You people NEVER bring charges for petty theft unless a gun is present.  Like cops in Dem-ruled cities here, you want people to *think* you're working hard to prevent crime and prosecute thugs, but you're actually sitting on your asses laughing at how gullible people are for believing that you don't have the right to post a true, unedited video of a crime.

You slavish gruberment lackeys are far more likely to charge a homeowner for defying your *command* by posting a video of a thief on-line.

But of course that's where governments are today.  The world has gone mad.  And if you think that's not coming here you're too stupid to breathe.
