Bet you never heard this story before, even though it was only 5 days ago: more on biden bribery

If you follow current events (spoiler: you don't) you may recall a small dust-up about six weeks ago in which House GOP leaders claimed yet another whistleblower had come forward with information about bribes paid to the biden family in exchange for influence and government favors.

But then the alleged whistleblower vanished--and the Democrats laughed their asses off.  "Hahahaha!  You said you had something, but where is he?  You stupid Rethuglicans were just lying!"  

Well...two days ago we find the guy is alive and well, and in hiding.  Reason?  The biden regime demanded that authorities in Cyprus arrest him and extradite him to the U.S, claiming he was an arms dealer.

Gal Luft, the "missing" Israeli whistleblower in the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into biden family corruption, has told the NY Post he is alive and living as a fugitive in an undisclosed location.

Luft was a colonel in the Israeli Defense Force.  He was preparing to reveal damning information about the Biden family taking bribes from China when Merrick Garland's Department of Justice had him arrested in Cyprus on multiple charges, including arms trafficking.

Early in 2019 Luft met with several FBI agents, telling them about the Biden family’s suspicious business arrangement with the Chinese state-controlled energy company CEFC.  But nothing happened after the meeting.  It was as if the FBI didn't care. 

Cyprus authorities did as the DOJ asked and arrested Luft, but allowed him to post bail.  He then vanished in April while awaiting extradition to the US.

Amusingly, one of the charges against him is for violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which Hunter violated repeatedly but which the "law enforcement" never was concerned about, because...you know.

Luft told Miranda Devine that biden’s Department of Justice wants to jail him to protect the Biden regime.  “The chances of me getting a fair trial in Washington are virtually zero,” he said.

Luft said the date of the extradition order, dated Nov. 1, 2022—just seven days before the midterm elections—was significant because virtually every analyst expected the Republicans would win control of the House and would then start investigations into the biden family’s foreign influence-peddling operations.

Investigators on the House Oversight committee were preparing to interview Luft when he disappeared.  He said “I didn’t want to get caught up in this game but when they arrested me I had no choice.  Now the regime has to discredit me."

After he was detained at the Cyprus airport on Feb. 18, Luft tweeted:  “I’ve been arrested in Cyprus on a politically motivated extradition request by the U.S. claiming I’m an arms dealer.  I’ve never been an arms dealer. DOJ is trying to bury me to protect Joe, Jim & Hunter Biden.”

Luft reportedly organized conferences in the United States, Hong Kong and China and developed close personal ties with several CEFC-USA senior officials, including the chairman of CEFC, Ye Jianming and his deputy Patrick Ho, who reportedly began their outreach to the Bidens in 2015, while biden was Obama's vice president.

In March of 2019 Luft met with four FBI officials and two DOJ prosecutors at the US Embassy in Brussels.  The FBI had agreed not to arrest Luft while he was meeting with them.  They needed to know what evidence Luft had.

Luft told the Fibbies that the Chinese state-controlled energy company CEFC had paid $100,000 per month to Hunter Biden and $65,000 per month to VP biden's brother Jim, in exchange for their FBI connections and use of the Biden name to promote China’s "Belt and Road Initiative" around the world.

Luft also told the FBI that Hunter had an FBI mole nicknamed “One Eye” who had tipped off his CEFC business partners Patrick Ho and Ye Jianming that they were under investigation.  Soon after the tip-off, Ye offered Hunter $1 million to be his “private counsel” and flew to China, leaving his wife, daughter, son, mother and nanny in his $50 million Central Park penthouse.

He was detained in Shanghai three months later and has disappeared.

Ho told Luft that Hunter and Jim Biden flew to Hong Kong in the fall of 2017 to meet him.

On Nov. 18, 2017, Ho was arrested in the U.S. on bribery and money-laundering charges. He was convicted and sentenced March 25, 2019, to three years in prison, then deported.

Here's where it gets even more interesting:

After Ho’s conviction Luft contacted the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York from overseas to offer to tell them what he knew.  The parties settled on Brussels for the meeting.

Luft showed the Post a letter to his attorney arranging the Brussels “proffer” meeting, dated March 25, 2019 and signed by Geoffrey Berman, then the US attorney for the Southern District of New York, acknowledging the meeting in Brussels and promising not to arrest Luft.

Luft says the two assistant US attorneys who interviewed him over 18 hours in Brussels were part of the team that had prosecuted Ho: Daniel Richenthal and Catherine Ghosh, whose names are on the March 25 letter, and also appeared on his Cypress extradition order.  Also present in Brussels, he says, were four FBI agents who had been involved in the "investigation" of Hunter Biden run by US Attorney David Weiss since 2018.

Luft told them about the payments from CEFC to Hunter and Jim Biden, and that Biden family associate Rob Walker was involved in distributing payments, a fact later corroborated by subpoenaed bank records released by the House Oversight Committee showing Walker funneling more than $1 million from China to at least three of President Biden’s relatives.

Luft claims everything he told US officials was corroborated nine months later, when the FBI seized Hunter’s abandoned laptop from a Delaware computer repair shop.

“They were sitting on all the information. After they had the laptop and my proffer, no new information was needed.  Yet they wasted another year and did nothing.  So when they found out there was a guy who could shed light on the cover-up, they arrest him.”

Democrat: "Dis not true!  Dis FAKE NEWZ!  Yew lie!  Dis person not exist!  Or if he exist, he lying to discredit ouah beloved preznit!  Yeh, dat's it!  All lies to discredit ouah beloved Democrat preznit!"

I wonder if the truth will ever dawn on the half of Americans who don't know jack about what's been obvious to all aware people for years.
