San Francisco Dem pols launch "free" monthly income for trannies. Seriously, I'm not making this up!

The hottest new craze for Democrats running shithole cities is a thing called "guaranteed income for people we like."  Result is this headline:

 "San Francisco launches new guaranteed income program for transgender community"

Today the city's black female mayor just announced the launch of a new guaranteed income program for the city's transgender community.  In classic Democrat fashion they gave it a too-cute acronym: "Guaranteed Income for Trans People (GIFT)."  It will give low-income transgender residents $1,200 per month, "to help address financial insecurity within the community."

City officials said it's just one of several programs the faaabulous, brilliant leaders are developing "to support San Francisco residents and promote economic stability and recovery."

Oh, absollutely.  Cuz nothing says "helping promote economic stability and recovery" more than giving taxpayer dollars to trannies.

The guaranteed income "initiative" [**bureau-babble alert!  "Initiative" sounds very professional, not like welfare] will initially give $1,200 a month to 55 trannies.

City officials added that taxpayers will also provide the same 55 people with "gender affirming medical care," "case management" and "specialty care services."  

The estimated cost of these added benefits wasn't revealed, but full sex-change operations are running about $55,000, and you probably don't want to ask about "specialty care services."

The mayor said "Our trans communities experience much higher rates of poverty and discrimination, so this program will target support to lift individuals in this community up.  We will keep building on programs like this to provide those in the greatest need with the financial resources and services to help them thrive."

The executive director of a grant-recipient outfit that will be administering the program said "We hope that our guaranteed income program will be the beginning of a reparative process to change the inequities experienced by our communities, help them survive in a world that is constantly debating their right to exist, and empower them to engage in healthcare services in a meaningful and life-changing way."

The GIFT program is San Francisco's third guaranteed income program. It follows the Abundant Birth Project and the Guaranteed Income Pilot for Artists.  Because when the government pays artists, you get faaabulous, inspiring cubist bullshit that empowers and uplifts oppressed people, increaess equity and reduces global warming.
