Agency of Chinese government awarded tax-exempt status by U.S. government, pushes Black agenda here

The webpage below is genuine.  The "Black Futures Lab" is supported by the Chinese Progressive Association, which has been granted tax-exempt status in the U.S.

So a Chinese government agency can get tax-exempt status here, to push its destruction of this country.  Does any American (other than a dedicated communist) believe the government of China would be dumb enough to allow an agency of our government to operate in China?

Anyone starting to see a pattern yet?  Yeah, didn't think so.
