Crazed druggie twice throws 62-year-old nurse down stairs, kicks and stomps her; judge orders state to pay HIM

Imagine your 62-year-old mother was thrown down a dozen stairs by a crazy druggie.  Then the attacker runs down to where she lays, injured, and...throws her down another dozen stairs.  

He then runs down to her, preparing to throw her down more stairs, but mustering amazing strength she grabs a hand-rail to prevent it.  The druggie can't pull her hands off the rail so he kicks her in the head  and stomps her, breaking several ribs and her collarbone before he's scared off by passersby.

The druggie then walks a few blocks to a bus shelter and proceeds to stab a random female ten times--all caught on surveillance cameras.  I've watched both clips in their entirety, and the brutality of the attacks is horrifying.  Of course the "newz" stations won't show you, and now the full videos seem to have been taken off the internet.  How...odd. 

This happened March 2nd in Seattle.  Case went before a liberal judge (in Seattle that's the only kind of judges there are) who found the druggie not mentally competent to stand trial--an all-too-familiar story in Dem-ruled shithole cities.  So now what?

Liberal judge: "I order the state to send him to a 'treatment facility' until he is able to understand the charges against him and help in his own defense."  The judge calls it "competency restoration services."

Ah, a "treatment facility," ya say?  How often do they get not-mentally-competent attackers competent enough to stand trial?  Cuz that seems to be quite a stretch.

"Well, we're still hoping for our first success.  Oh, and FYI we won't be able to get him into 'treatment' until August."

Yeah, that's what we thought.  So surely, to keep this monster from beating up other 62-year-old women the judge ordered him held in jail until the 'treatment facility' could restore his competence, eh?  I mean, it would be insane to let this guy--who's already almost killed two women-- roam the streets while waiting for his court-ordered treatment, right? 

The victim of the first attack pleaded with the judge to keep Jay in jail.  

Amazingly, judge Johanna Bender grudgingly agreed to keep the attacker in jail til a slot at a 'treatment facility' opens up.  But she said holding him in jail while waiting for 'treatment' "violates his constitutional rights."  “That’s barbaric," she said.  "That is not the behavior of a civilized society, and I find it extraordinarily offensive and heartbreaking.”

The lib judge is NOT talking about the brutal attacks as being "offensive and heartbreaking," but is saying that keeping this thug behind bars violates his rights.  Ya know what?  They guy should not have attacked two defenseless women.  Cuz if you brutally attack people, a sane society throws your ass in jail.  And to say that's a violation of the druggie's rights...speechless.   

So following the lead of Dem-ruled cities across the nation, Johanna ordered that Washington taxpayers must pay the attacker $250 per DAY for each day he spends in jail before going to 'treatment.'.

As an aside, it's interesting how a lib judge says keeping this guy who attacked two defenseless women in jail before trial is "offensive and heartbreaking," but the Jan 6th trespassers can be jailed for over a year without trial--most without even being charged, and with no bail allowed, and Democrats are all for it.
