Another day ending in "y" in Los Estados Unitos, another hit-and-run by an illegal alien

The driver was an illegal alien, Fernando Ramos, 39,

The victim, 60-year-old George Cooper, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver admitted he had been involved in a crash.  He told deputies he didn’t see the bicycle until the last moment and couldn’t stop in time.  He said he panicked following the collision and that’s why he drove away.

Ramos had previously convicted of aggravated assault and DUI.

"Spark of divinity," eh Nancy?  You should put your money where your dumb damn mouth is and hire this guy to work on your property.  Cuz with liberal/commie DA's and "you don't have to post bail, just leave" policies, he'll be out soon.
