Leftist on Twatter urges others to kill the two really conservative Supreme Court justices; Garland's DOJ yawns

If you pay attention to current events you may have heard that about five days ago a Leftist from California--made even crazier than usual by the leaked (by a leftist) draft of the Supreme Court decision on Roe--traveled to DC determined to kill Brett Kavanaugh.

A month earlier a leftist "gaming journalist" spewed the tweet below. 

Wonder how many leftists got even crazier than normal after reading this clear incitement to murder?

Notice how cunningly tweeter Simon Glynn phrases his incitement to commit murder:  He did NOT write "If you had the chance to kill Clarence Thomas AND Samuel Alito, would you?" 

Instead he wrote "...should you do it while Biden can get his nominees to replace them confirmed?"

So Simon Glynn isn't just asking the question "Would you kill two conservative SC justices?"  but rather implying that any reader considering this should act while biden has enough time to get his nominees confirmed to replace the victims.

This guy should be in jail for incitement to murder.  He did delete his incitement two days later, saying it was just a "thought experiment" and he didn't think there was anything wrong with that.

In that case, you lying leftist rat-bastard son of a bitch, why did you delete it?

One wonders how many hundreds of deranged Leftists (redundancy alert) saw Glynn's tweet before he scrubbed it?  And if Twatter would have left a tweet up for two days if it had urged killing liberal justices?
