Biden's clueless, zero-experience "energy secretary": If you're tired of high gas prices, buy an electric car!

Shortly before Joe Biden took office his handlers told him to nominate Jennifer Granholm as Sec of Energy.  They told Joe to do this NOT because Granholm was a woman--which would seem self-evidently to be incredibly stupid--but because she'd had over 20 years of experience in the energy field.

Just kidding.  Other than owning $1.6 million in stock in a battery maker, which she still owns (a brazen conflict of interest), Granholm has zero experience in any energy-related field.  But since Democrats believe being female or black or gay or tranny are the only qualifications needed to be appointed as a cabinet secretary or high-level official, and since  the U.S. senate is controlled by Democrats, she was confirmed.

Last November Granholm was asked "What is your plan to increase oil production in America?"  The regime's "energy secretary" laughed uproariously and said "Oh my, that is hysterical!  Would that I had a magic wand."

This is what passes for "brilliance" among Democrat policy-makers.  Watch the vid and marvel at how the Dems' "energy secretary" claims neither she nor her regime masters could possibly have any effect on oil production.  This is why we're no longer energy-independent.

Yesterday Granholm explained her "solution" to $4.25 per gallon gas: She looked squarely into the camera on Democrat-fellating MSNBC and said the solution was...Americans should sell their gas-powered car and...buy an electric car.

Turns out that if you drive the U.S. average of 15,000 miles a year, with $4.25 gas, the break-even time is about ten years, not including the extra five years when you have to replace the battery.  But the millionaire Granholm can urge Americans to buy an EV even though it would cost them MORE money, because (as noted earlier) she owns $1.6 million in stock in a battery maker.  Clever, eh? 

Hope everyone is enjoying the brilliant policies of the biden*harris regime.  Cuz it's gonna get worse.
