If a court of appeals ordered a halt to *major, controversial* administration policy, you should have heard about it, right?
When a Court of Appeals orders the ruling administration to stop doing something, that's normally VERY big news, since it indicates that the court thinks the administration is violating the law.
So if a U.S. Court of Appeals ordered the bidenfail regime to stop ordering businesses with 100 or more employees to fire any who refuse to take the jab, you should have heard about it, right? Every "news" outlet in the Lying Mainstream Media should have led their evening "news" program with that huge rebuke of the lawless regime and a win for freedom, eh?
So have you heard about any such thing? Seriously, this is a great test of whether the media outlets you watch or read can be relied on to tell you the truth, or whether they're merely shills for the regime.
Last Saturday the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals suspended the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate on private businesses, saying that “the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the mandate.”
(Liberals: "Dis not true! If it had happened, CNN or MSNBC or NBC would have told me. They didn't, so dis not true!")
Now, if an administration were to DEFY such an order, that should be even bigger news, since it proves beyond doubt that the administration has set itself above the law, eh? So if the biden/harris shit-show told the Court to pound sand, that would have led every "news" program, right?
So have you heard about any such thing? Think hard, because if you haven't, you should probably re-evaluate whether you can trust the corporations and talking heads you've always relied on for "news."
Sure enough, the White House has implied that it will defy the court order. Deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said “People should not wait. They should continue to move forward and make sure they’re getting their workplace vaccinated.”
The day after the court issued its order, White House chief of staff Ron Klain proclaimed “If OSHA can [order] people to wear a hard hat on the job, to be careful around chemicals, it can … put in place these simple measures to keep our workers safe.”
Got it, citizen? According to the regime, since everyone agrees (really??) that government has the power to ORDER people to wear a hard-hat on a construction site, it has the power to FORCE companies to fire anyone who refuses to take a nearly-useless, provably dangerous non-vaccine "vaccine."
(A note about that term "vaccine:" Okay, none of the so-called "vaccines" meet the OLD definition of a shot that "confers immunity," but they all meet the NEW, IMPROVED definition of "vaccine," which the CDC changed on September 1st. So now the CDC defines a "vaccine" as anything that "helps protect you" against a specific disease. So shut up. And don't any of you get smart and claim vitamin D-3 or zinc or ivermectin or HCQ is a "vaccine" or we'll have to change the definition again!)
So, how many of you heard about the regime spokesperson signaling that it wouldn't obey the court order? And again, if you didn't know about it, does that tell you anything important?
Finally, do a search for "Fifth Circuit orders halt to mandate." You should get about 22,000 hits. Now see how many of those stories were from the Mainstream Media.
I didn't find even ONE, by any mainstream media outlet. What does that tell you?
(Liberals: "That you have a broken search engine.")
Yeah.
