Navy names a ship after gay San Francisco pol, has it christened by a tranny. Cuz "ship names show what we value as a nation"
The U.S. Navy has just gotten a new ship, named the "Harvey Milk."
"Gee, that name doesn't seem to be a senator or president--that I recall, anyway--so who was Harvey Milk and what did he do to deserve having a Navy ship named after him?"
Glad you asked, citizen. Harvey was a member of San Francisco's "Board of Supervisors"--which is sorta like a city council but with ten times the corruption and graft.
"Sorry, still don't get why someone on what amounts to a city council have a ship named after him. Was he a decorated Navy veteran from WW2 or Korea or Vietnam?"
Even better, citizen: Milk was a homosexual. In the age of Emperor Obama that alone should be enough to get a ship named for him. But in this case the story is even more compelling.
"Yeah? Can you explain?"
You bet. Back in the Korean War Milk was a "diving officer" in the Navy.
"Ah, so did he heroically save several trainee divers from drowning?"
Well, no, he did something even more faaabulous: He was discharged from the Navy.
"I don't get it. How is that heroic?"
Because he was discharged for being a homosexual.
"I don't understand how being homosexual gets a Navy ship named after you."
Well, see, in 1978 a radical right-wing terrorist (actually a former member of the Board of Supervisors) fatally shot Harvey and the mayor of San Francisco. So in 2016 the Obama administration ordered a ship named after him.
"Wow, that's SO great! So what ship did they name after the slain mayor?"
Don't be silly. Why would they name a ship after a dead mayor? The mayor wasn't gay.
"Ah, got it."
See, ship names are important. Biden's current Secretary of the Navy explains that this is because ship names "express what we value as a Navy
and as a nation, and communicate those values around the globe in every
port of call." And our top priority under the leadership of Dear Leader Biden is to show the world what our leaders most value. Got it?
So in accordance with tradition, two days ago the Navy christened the ship. And who would better represent the values of the biden regime to christen a ship than a tranny Navy veteran, "Paula" Neira? Here's a video of "Paula" doing the honors. (Pics below are screenshots.)
This is who "we" are now, citizen. Well, it's what the people running this clusterfuck of a regime insist we are, so you don't get to have a say in the matter.
Oh, wait: we can't blame Slow, Corrupt Joe for this one, cuz this decision was made by Obama. Ah, well in THAT case everything's fine.
