Obama knew Flynn was innocent--yet ordered Comey to investigate without telling Trump
Every week we're learning more about corrupt acts by the Obama administration, and the evidence is starting to point to Obama himself.
The Narrative--the cover story concocted by Obama, his FBI director James Comey and the corrupt crew in the FBI--regarding Trump's appointee as National Security Advisor, General Mike Flynn, is that the Obama administration was convinced Flynn was acting on behalf of Russia. Supposedly both Obama and Comey were concerned that if this was true, the U.S. would be in danger.
But instead of warning the incoming president, Obama ordered Comey NOT to brief Trump, but to continue investigating Flynn and at least three other persons connected to the Trump team. In other words, they were planning to leave alleged Russian agents in their current positions.
If the FBI and Obama really believed the Trump people were Russian agents, does anyone thinks leaving them in place makes sense?
Of course not. The story is a Narrative, a fable. A cover story.
Last Friday sworn testimony was released of top-level officials in the Obama administration saying Obama a) knew about the FBI investigation of Trump's appointee as National Security Advisor Mike Flynn; and b) directed the FBI to continue investigating Flynn as a possible Russian agent; and c) without notifying the incoming president.
Again, if we take the explanation of the Obama officials as given, this makes no sense. The only plausible reason for this bizarre course is to sabotage Trump.
Things may start getting interesting.
