Bradley Manning released after refusing to testify. Wait, who's Bradley Manning?
One of things that kills nations is when some citizens--due to their connections or wealth or favored group status--get away with violating laws that would put the average person--un-connected, unfavored, "deplorable"--in prison for years.
If you or I stole Top-Secret diplomatic cables and gave them to a third party with the intent that they be published, we'd be facing long prison terms. But if a tranny does that, under an anti-American Democrat president, the outcome is...very different.
Bradley
Manning was a private in the Army whose job was filing classified messages in Iraq. He stole 750,000 classified messages and gave 'em to Wikileaks. He was court-martialed by the Army, pleaded guilty to 17 charges and on July 30, 2013 was sentenced to 35 years.
Then he did something clever: He declared he was a transgender, said from now on he was calling himself "Chelsea," and demanded that the Army pay for his hormone treatments and eventual sex change operation.
And sure enough, just three-and-a-half years into Manning's supposed 35-year sentence Barack Hussein Obama commuted that sentence and ordered him released.
Two sets of laws, citizen.
After Manning's release, Harvard University offered him a professorship. He was paid for giving speeches around the country. Life was good.
Unfortunately for Manning, last year a federal grand jury began investigating Wikileaks, and subpoenaed Manning to testify. To the surprise of no one, Manning refused, commenting "I
don't believe in the grand jury process. I don't believe in the secrecy
of this." In March of last year the judge presiding over the case ordered him jailed for contempt of court for that refusal.
Bottom line: A traitor can steal and expose 750,000 secret diplomatic cables, and if a Democrat is president the Army will be ordered to pay for his sex change, and then that same president will order him released. Then he can refuse to testify before a grand jury, serve a year and then be released again.
Two set of laws, citizen.
