Another illegal alien--who refused deportation order--kills another American citizen, leaving two daughters without a dad
In Illinois last June 22nd a 27-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, Jose Rodriguez, ran a red light, killing an American citizen father.
After the crash Rodriguez didn't bother offering aid or calling for help, but fled the scene. He turned himself in the next day, after any alcohol would have been undetectable.
The illegal had been ordered deported in both 2013 and again in 2014. Of course all illegals knew Obama had ordered federal employees to stop deporting illegals who hadn't committed a "major crime in the U.S," so Rodriguez simply didn't comply. Cuz, see, Democrat presidents want illegals here, so they don't bother enforcing silly ol' laws.
The next act in this all-too-predictable play came last Thursday, when county judge Scott Drazewski reduced the perp's bail from $1,000,000 to $100,000--despite prosecutors warning the court that there was a high probability that the perp would flee the U.S. rather than stand trial.
The judge--as unconcerned about such trivia as most judges--dismissed prosecutors' concerns, and the perp started raising the required $10,000 cash needed to secure the $100K bail amount.
In a decent society, ICE agents would have high-tailed it to the jail and would have arrested the perp as soon as he was released. But as you probably guessed, Illinois is a "sanctuary state" so probably released Rodriguez before ICE agents arrived.
So an illegal, who ignored two deportation orders, kills a citizen, flees the scene, is jailed for less than a month, pays $10K (less than what most Amereican citizens would have to pay to simply retain an attorney) and is free to flee the country.
Hey, is this a great country or what?
A family friend said the victim leaves behind two beautiful daughters, ages 14 and 11.
The victim's family suspects that after Rodriguez illegally entered the U.S. he was released by the Obama administration under the "catch and release" program, under which federal judges (mostly in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals) forced the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to release hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens and border-crossers into the interior of the U.S. every year.
But ya know what, citizen? Accidents happen to everyone, and it's wrong to blame this poor young man (27) from Honduras for an accident. Or for fleeing the scene without offering medical help or calling an ambulance, since he probably doesn't know that's what our laws say you need to do.
And we certainly can't blame him for not having a driver's licence, or insurance. Cuz after all, those things are merely tools used by white-supremacists to oppress brown people!
In fact, ya know what we really need? Open borders! Yeh, dat's it.
Oh, and the victim's two daughters have been separated from their dad permantly. But you'll never see that on CNN or MSNBC, cuz it would blow up the bullshit liberal lie that Trump is the only force that separates criminal parents from children.
