Sudanese rapist: "Yes, I did that. *Why not?*"

A 21-year-old "immigrant" to the U.K. from Sudan admitted to raping a 17-year-old British girl, and attempting to rape a second woman.

This is shocking but not surprising.  The surprise is his comment in court:  when the charge of rape was read to him, Al-Noor, through his interpreter, replied “Yes, I did that. Why not?”

"Why not?"

 If that statement doesn't show you the absolutely intractable problem, no understanding is possible.
