Hilliary: 'The most important leader in the free world today is...Angela Merkel' ??

Most people with an IQ over room temperature recognize that citizens of some nations are much, much more free than others.  Most people would have no trouble putting the U.S., Australia, Canada (to some extent) the U.K., the Scandanavian countries, most of Europe, Japan, Israel, South Korea and similar in the "free" category.  Similarly, most rational people would have little trouble recognizing that citizens of China, Russia, North Korea, Turkey, Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba and similar are far less free.

For roughly 80 years the U.S. has had the world's largest, most productive economy, and the strongest military in the "free world," so has been regarded as the de-facto leader of the free world.  Thus this same title has been informally applied to the president of the U.S.

Even the wussy emperor, Obama, who bowed to foreign heads of state, shied away from confronting aggressive behavior by other countries and armed ISIS and al Qaeda in their fight against Syria, was given this title.  Here's how one publication described the Great Leader in Jan of 2016:
President Barack Obama presides over the world's most influential country, giving him unparalleled responsibility and power. He's caretaker of the largest economy, and he's helped nurse it back to health since the financial crisis.
Since taking office in early 2009 the US has grown its GDP by $3 trillion, to $17.4 trillion, and in October unemployment hit 5%, the lowest mark since 2008 . His legacy-making overhaul of the healthcare system has helped trim the uninsured rate by one-third, and it has now survived multiple Supreme Court challenges .
"Legacy-making overhaul of the healthcare system," huh?  Wow.

Obama's international track record is mixed. As commander in chief of the world's largest military he's taken heat for failing to deal adequately with the growing turbulence in the Middle East, highlighted by the bloody Syrian civil war, the rise of ISIS, and the Taliban's growing strength in Afghanistan.  Relations with longtime ally Israel have grown icy .

Yet his sway in foreign affairs is still strong, as evidenced by his historic move to warm ties with Cuba and the momentous nuclear deal he brokered with Iran.
So you'd think that today, with the U.S. not only still the world's strongest economy but also adding jobs and with record-low unemployment, and with Trump rebuilding the military, reimposed sanctions on Iran and arguably having convinced North Korea to stop testing missiles and nuclear weapons, the U.S. would still be the leader of the free world, eh?  Accordingly, that should make the president of the U.S. have that same title.

So it may surprise you that dozens of so-called "journalists"--actually shills for the Democrat party-- are saying Trump is NOT the leader of the free world...because reasons.

The so-called "journalists" may have been taking their cues from Hilliary, who told a talking-head on a Dem-fellating network she believed the most important leader in the free world was...German Chancellor Angela Merkel ???

Yep.  Literally, "She is the most important leader in the free world right now, in my estimation."

Once their queen signalled this was acceptable, overnight dozens of shill "journalists" rushed to echo the slur.  On Sept 25, 2017, New York Magazine cunningly phrased this as, "Is Angela Merkel still the leader of the free world?" as if it had previously been determined--by persons unknown but oh so smaht--that she'd taken over that title when Trump was took office.

Clever little snakes, eh?

Of course no one with functional brain cells would seriously entertain the notion that comrade Merkel--who has singlehandedly forced Germany into inviting in invading foreigners masquerading as "refugees"--is the "leader of the free world."  But that's the way these snakes roll.

The real purpose is to peel off support for Trump.  The articles wail that Trump's "isolationist" (really?  seriously?) and bitch about his "America first" efforts.  The Dem base already believes Trump is Hitler, and they have no trouble believing that Merkel has replaced Trump.  But the real target is independents and people who actually voted against Hilliary rather than because they liked Trump.
