SanFran voters pass measure to allow illegal aliens to vote in school-board elections. No big deal, right?
The Left is amazingly good at getting voters to pass disastrous ballot proposition--by describing them as "fairness" measures. They seem harmless. But once the first measure is passed, it's used to justify later initiatives that further the left's objectives.
Oooh, tinfoil-hat stuff, right?
Okay, consider this: Last fall voters in San Francisco approved a ballot measure allowing illegal immigrants to vote in school board elections.
Big whoop, right? A nothing-burger. Non-story. Trivial. Nothing to see here, citizen; move on!
Okay, here's what not a single one of you knows: For the last decade or so, Democrats have been trying to kill the electoral- college system we use to elect presidents. But they know that if they were to try using the time-honored, legal way to do this--that would be to amend the Constitution--they'd lose. So two cunning, scheming, nasty Democrats came up with a way to do it without amending the Constitution!
Oooh, tinfoil-hat stuff again, right?
You haven't heard anything about this because the mainstream, lying, Democrat-fellating media don't want you to know about it. But it's real. It's called "National Popular Vote," and yes, it's really a thing. Here's the explanation of its purpose, from their own goddamn website:
Lying rat-bastards. "Preserves" meaning "It's still in the Constitution, but it don't do shit anymore." Yeah, that's one of the dictionary meanings of "preserves." Like taxidermy or embalmers, maybe.
Naturally you don't believe any of this. You can't believe that an open attempt to subvert a key provision of what used to be called "the supreme law of the land" could exist without the media running stories about it.
Approving stories, no doubt, but at least some publicity.
Because you haven't read about it, you conclude--reasonably--that this is a spoof. A fake. One of the endless "conspiracy theories" concocted by "right-wing nuts."
So it just couldn't possibly be true, right?
Really? Then click on the link. Find out for yourself.
Then ask yourself: Why haven't the media breathed a word about this?
The media will deflect, by saying "Because it's old news" or some similar cover-your-ass bullshit. But the truth is that the media--socialist/Democrat/liberal/"progressive" to the core--SUPPORT this piece of shit. They want it, because if the required number of states join the measure, the electoral-college system will be rendered useless--again, without having to amend the Constitution.
That means--among many other horrible consequences--that Hilliary would be president.
Which would absolutely thrill the mainstream media.
Okay, now that you're at least somewhat informed as to this effort to subvert the Constitution--because that's exactly what it is--let me connect a few more dots for ya:
Most states that have signed on to this measure are Democrat-run. Do you think any of these states will go back and rescind their approval? Of course not. And whenever Democrats in a "swing state" gain temporary majorities, and manage to pass a bill committing their state to the NPV compact, how hard do you think they'll fight any effort to rescind?
They'll fight like cornered tigers to prevent it.
So as political sentiment in the country ebbs and flows, a few new states will join the compact, but none will rescind--because Constitution-supporting legislators have more important things to do, and it won't occur to any of 'em that they should rescind while they have majorities.
This outcome is as predictable as the sun rising tomorrow.
If you see some flaw in this prediction I'd love to hear it.
So the tie to San Francisco voters letting illegal aliens vote in school board elections is this: When the National Popular Vote passes, do ya think California will vote to allow illegals to vote in presidential elections?
Of course they will. But even if they didn't, it doesn't matter--because the Democrats who control both houses of the state legislature will ram that permission through regardless. And the Dem governor will sign it into law--regardless of whether the voters approve. Just like they got a gay judge to overturn the voters who passed "Prop 8."
See how easy it is to overturn the votes of a majority?
As a famous leader, beloved by Democrats, once said: "Votes don't matter--what matters is who counts the votes."

The National Popular Vote interstate compact would guarantee the Presidency to the candidate who receives the most popular votes in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. And here's the topper: This lie, near the bottom of the "explanation":
It has been enacted into law in 11 states with 165 electoral votes (CA, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WA).
This "interstate compact" will take effect when enacted by states with 105 more electoral votes.
It has passed at least one house in 12 additional states with 96 electoral votes (AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, ME, MI, NC, NM, NV, OK, OR) and has been approved by unanimous committee votes in two additional states with 27 electoral votes (GA, MO).
Most recently, the bill was passed by a 40–16 vote in the Republican-controlled Arizona House, 28–18 in Republican-controlled Oklahoma Senate, 57–4 in Republican-controlled New York Senate, 37–21 in Democratic-controlled Oregon House, and 26-16 in the New Mexico Senate.
The National Popular Vote bill preserves the Electoral College and state control of elections. They claim it "preserves the Electoral College." Oh, sure it does. You bet.
