Another day in California, another 73-year-old stabbed to death

Ahh, California--and yet another brutal, unprovoked murder you will NEVER hear about on the evening news, or in a U.S. paper more than 80 miles from San Francisco:  

Last Monday, in the middle of the day, in lovely Santa Cruz, a 19-year-old crazy fatally stabbed a 73-year-old woman, Rachell Summers, stabbing her 11 times outside a mall, at mid-day.
  
Tyler Leibelt, 19, has been charged with murder.  He confessed, saying he "planned to kill someone" that day.  Didn't have anyone in mind.

He bought the knives used in the murder just minutes before attacking his victim.  Ran up behind the 73-year-old and stabbed her in the back, followed by ten other blows.

He then went to a nearby gas station and called 911 to confess, saying he would surrender to police.

Now, in California, as in New York City, murders of defenseless elderly people don't even raise eyebrows anymore.  What makes this one notable is what liberals call the killer's "law-enforcement involvement."  Means they knew he was a nutter who had previously said he wanted to kill LOTS of people.  

But in shithole states, the law just shrugs.  "Dat be perfekly fine, citizen.  You have a nice day now.  An' if yew decide to kill someone, please do it in a different county, eh?  Good fellow."
 
Yes, the killer told police he'd been "suffering from homicidal fantasies for awhile."  He said *he'd previously told cops about these fantasies but somehow he "kept getting let out of custody."* 

That last sentence reportedly comes from a charging document. 

Court documents also say that last November he told sheriff's deputies he wanted to "cause a mass casualty event."  He also allegedly wrote a goodbye letter expressing a desire to kill as many people as possible.

SO how many clear signs of "danger: crazy who wants to kill lots of people" warnings does it take before some suicidally-empathetic judge locks this guy up in a mental institution, eh?

I predict all the notes of this guy previously saying he wanted to kill "as many people as possible" will be conveniently buried, forgotten, by the horribly-misnamed "justice system," which hides its incompetence if it can.

And it almost always can.  Files disappear, eh?  Shit happens, citizen.  Sorry 'bout dat.

Tyler will be out in five years and will murder again.  Count on it.  Liberal judges, liberal juries, sympathetic black killer.  

"Expert witness" (liberal): "Yes, judge, as long as he takes his meds my expert opinion is that he'll be perfectly normal."  Of course that won't help the next grandmother he kills.

He may be crazy but he's cunning: Note that he picked an elderly woman to murder, because with two knives and an ambush attack from behind, there was no chance at all of him being overpowered.  Guy's a demon in a skin-suit.
