In MN, white woman fined $1,000 for calling a young black thief a nigger

In the shithole of Minnesotistan, Democrats have fined a white woman $1,000 and sentenced her to "complete community service" (duration carefully omitted by Democrat-fellating paper) for saying something Democrats didn't like. 

She was also sentenced to probation, and up to 90 days in jail if she broke the terms of that probation.

(You may have noticed that black felons on probation for violent crimes, caught with a gun when the conditions were "no gun possession," are NEVER prosecuted for "felon in possession.  Cuz...two sets of laws.)

Shiloh Hendrix was in a park, minding her own business, when a young black kid grabbed something from her bag and ran away.  Hendrix was understandably angry and called the kid a nigger.  Or as the communst Minneapolis Star Tribune put it, she "hurled" racial epithets.

To further support the verdict, the Star Trib writers and editors added "... on a playground."

Now just so we're clear here: every damn week some big nigger beats some white mother or girl senseless in a city park, and isn't even charged--*even when we have the video.*  And it's not for lack of evidence, but prosecutors in Dem cities don't wanna anger black thugs.

Of course you never hear a word about those cases, nor see any video.  In fact when a black thug beat an unarmed female store clerk to death with a hammer five months ago--with the entire attack captured on video, not a single network showed you a single frame.  Cuz..."local interest only."

But in Minnesotistan, mere speech by a white woman--offensive, yes, but mere speech-- resulted in a thousand-dollar fine.  Hmmm...

The Red Star (as Minneapolis citizens often call it, for its leftist slant on everything) even carefully avoided admitting whether the kid actually took anything, writing that he "allegedly reached into her diaper bag and took an item."

You'd think one of the first things to determine was whether the kid actually took anything to start things rolling, but apparently the Red Star doesn't care when they can play the "hate speech" card.

The city attorney played to the crowd, bleating “Ms. Hendrix fully admitted to her hateful and racist conduct, toward a child with a disability...and has shown no remorse.”

How was she supposed to have known the kid was autistic, eh sparky?  The piece of shit prosecutor knew she had no idea, but couldn't resist slyly getting that to the jury.

"In his closing argument, prosecutor Nicholas Shabel asked the jury to focus on Hendrix’s actions as well as her use of a racial slur."

What actions other than speech?  Which at one time was free.

The propaganda rag again: "Hendrix chased the boy after he took something from her bag..."

Wait...just two paragraphs above, you wrote that this was only "alleged."  So you knew it was a fact, but chose to lead with "alleged" to make the white defendant look worse.  SO typical.

And "Hendrix appeared angry...!  Wow, Democrats adding "anger" to the list of crimes they can charge "certain people" with.  "...and poised to become physically aggressive with the child."

Ahh, yet another new "crime" in Minnesota: "Poised to become physically aggressive."

Hendrix’s attorney claimed the government was prosecuting speech, but since the First Amendment still exists, the wokie city charged her with "disorderly conduct" instead.

Shortly after the incident, the Rochester branch of the NAACP set up a fundraiser to help the family, raising more than $330,000.

Wow, nice: 8-year-old black kid steals something from a white woman's bag, she yells at him and calls him a nigger--and he gets $330,000.

The race-bait business is really good in Minnesotistan--home of George Floyd.
