Hilton hotel franchisee in MN cancels reservations for ICE agents. Seriously.

You may have heard that DHS/ICE were sending 2,000 agents to the Peoples' Republic of Minnesota to round up illegals.  As part of that operation, DHS made reservations at a Hilton franchise inn, owned by "Everpeak Hotels."

Hours before the arrival time, the communist sons of whores in Minneapolis noticed the email address making the reservations was from a DHS-dot-gov address.

"CODE RED, comrades!"  So at 12:45 pm the flaming communists at Everpeak sent the email on the left below: "We are not allowing any ICE or immigration agents to stay at our property.  If you are with ICE or immigration let us know, as we will have to cancel your reservation."  

Then about 90 minutes later they owner/franchisee followed up with the email on the right, saying they'd found "immigration work connected with your name," and cancelling the reservation.  

Perhaps when congress was ruled by Democrats, they quietly changed the law, but last time I looked this was totally illegal--a violation of civil rights.  When I was younger the law said if a business offered a good or service to the public, it couldn't refuse to provide that good or service because the owner didn't like a customer's politics, or political party, or religion, or race.

If I were Harmeet Dillon (head of DOJ's Civil Rights Division) I'd sue BOTH Everpeak and Hilton, and refuse to accept any plea bargain less than Everpeak being forced into bankruptcy.  Hilton can falsely claim it didn't know (note they were copied on the emails), and Everpeak can claim the workers violated policy (they didn't; a citizen journalist checked with the desk staff who confirmed that the policy of not renting rooms to any ICE agents was still current).

"Laws, comrade?  Surely you jest!  Laws do NOT apply to us Democrats, because...reasons.  And if you don't agree, you wouldn't understand the explanation anyway."  

How long before the Mainstream Media tries to claim this is "fake news"?
