Five years after wrongly discrediting the "lab leak" theory, one Media asshole confesses

Glenn Kessler had the awesome title of "fact-checker" for the Democrat propaganda rag the Washington Post.  In reality Kessler was a member of the corrupt, Trump-hating Media cartel.  Now at last, five years after Kessler changed a headline on a Post story he was supposedly "fact-checking,"  he  finally admits "Dat wuz a mistake."

Except it was deliberate, designed to discredit the Dems' top enemy, Trump.

In May of 2020--just three months after the Chyna virus arrived in the U.S, --the utterly corrupt Washington Post published a story on the theory that the virus had been modified in a Chinese lab to make it deadly to humans, and the virus had gotten out via an infected worker at the lab.

The original headline was "Was the New Coronavirus Accidentally Released From a Wuhan Lab?"

Alleged "fact-checker" (in reality a Democrat propagandist) Kessler changed the headline, adding "It's Doubtful."  Really, Sparky?  Neither he nor any member of the Lying Mainstream Media had any rational basis for that claim.  Instead every member of the Lying MSM was using their outlets to sneer at Trump for suggesting that's how the Chyna virus was unleashed on the world.

This week--five years too late--Kessler finally admitted he was wrong to change the headline to discredit the theory that a harmless bat virus had been modified in a Chinese military lab to make it lethal to humans, and then "escaped."

The Post was among the first mainstream outlets to reject this "lab-leak theory," labeling it a "conspiracy theory" and constantly claiming--in every story the paper published--that the theory had been "thoroughly debunked."

Except..."thoroughly debunked" was utter horseshit.  Even the experts who Fauci asked to analyze the virus days after the first case was confirmed in the U.S. said it had been modified from a harmless bat virus, and that the changes (inserted genes) were obvious and were intended to make the virus lethal to humans.

Fauci was determined to prevent the public from learning this, because he'd sent U.S. taxpayer dollars to the Wuhan lab to do exactly the kind of research needed to modify viruses.  So he instructed his experts to write an article for a British medical journal saying exactly the opposite of what they'd actually concluded.

The Chinese refused to allow inspectors into the Wuhan lab.  The Media covered that up too.

Finally, three years after the plandemic began--and after the sneer campaign against Trump had done the intended damage--the FBI and the Department of Energy reported that a lab leak was the "most likely" origin.

Of course all the damage had already been done: Stories like those in the Post had made Americans skeptical of Trump's statements.  Mission accomplished.

Then during Trump's first term Kessler also repeatedly promoted the hoax that Trump had "colluded with Putin to steal the 2016 election."  We're now seeing newly-discovered emails among the conspirators proving they concocted the hoax just five weeks after Trump won (but before he took office) to cripple Trump's presidency. 

Then more recently, in the months before the 2024 election, as the Democrats tried to cover up bribem's senility, Kessler would sneeringly claim that dozens of videos showing the corrupt Democrat vegetable Biden appearing confused were "misleading," saying the videos used "deceptive framing."  You bet, Glenn.  All "cheap fakes" by Rethuglicans, eh?

Glenn Kessler is a lying piece of shit whose entire career was built on helping the Post publish lies to discredit Trump.  Now as those lies are being steadily exposed, he tries to claim it was just a mistake.

Yeah, you lying Democrat sack of shit--a "mistake" like everything else you supposedly "fact-checked" for the Post.
