What political party leader just addressed a convention of Dems and said "We're gonna punch first, and punch harder.  Fuck the rules, we're gonna win!  Don't wait for Texas to re-district first. Who's with me on that?"

That would be former Democrat presidential candidate and cheerleader Beto O'Rourke.
