Long-time Dem operative sues Trump over *possibly* firing FBI agents
Eisen says "Other countries have peacefully evicted autocrats and the US can too! I explained how we are working together w/ allies to do that in the court of law and (the court of) of public opinion."
Notice Eisen did NOT say "impeachment"--which, as all Americans should know, is the ONLY method specified by the Constitution for removing a president. For Democrats, the Founders said the Constitution was "the supreme law of the land," but Democrats have repeatedly tried to change the Constitution by decree.
(For young Americans in public schools, "the Founders" means the dudes who did the Revolutionary War and the Constitution back in...eh, never mind.)
Eisen is urging that your president be removed by some means OTHER than impeachment--either by courts or "public opinion." That's "insurrection."
He lists half a dozen countries that "ousted autocratic regimes like Trump and Musk."
You know there's always an oligarch. And where there's a dictator there's always an oligarch."
Eisen is the kind of son of a bitch who makes you wonder if he's on Satan's payroll. He was an advisor to Obozo, then drafted TEN articles of impeachment against Trump in the president's first term. Ultimately the Democrat scum only decided to use two--meaning they viewed the other eight as less persuasive. Eisen then co-founded one of the infinite number of Democrat "non-profit" orgs--"Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington"--and promptly "helped initiate a lawsuit" in Colorado to remove Trump's name from the ballot.
Corrupt Dem lower-court judges ruled for the Democrats, and the lawsuit went to the Supreme Court--where all nine justices voted against the Democrats. Hmmm...
Now he's representing a bunch of FBI agents who worked to prosecute Jan-6th demonstrators for walking by the Capitol. They're angry that they might be fired, and are fighting it by hiring Eisen to sue Trump. But I suspect Eisen went to them instead, cuz that's totally consistent with his anti-Trump crusade.
And as with his other lawsuits/"lawfare," the lower courts will always rule in his favor, since at that level cunning insiders like Eisen can pick a Trump-hating Democrat judge to hear the case. Yeah, I know that's not supposed to be possible. Wake the hell up. So this lawsuit probably won't make it to the Supreme Court until after* the crucial mid-term elections. So just as Trump went into the last election with the Dems bleating that he'd been convicted of 34 felonies, they'll bleat that the Dems have won in EVERY lower court. Funny how that works, eh?
