Government has changed RADICALLY in the last 125 years

 125 years ago you didn't have to ask the government's permission to...

• Collect rainwater off your roof
• Start a business
• Build or renovate a home
• Get married
• Get divorced
• Own a firearm
• Cut hair
• Sell a product, including food
• Grow food on your own property
• Hold a parade or demonstration

Are things better now that gruberment controls all those things?  Do ya think the Founders wanted gruberment to force citizens to get permission to do any of those things?
