California judge orders rape victims to use the preferred (fake) pronouns of their rapist

Meet Tremaine Carrol--a man California pols have decreed is actually a woman.  Seriously..

Ol' Tremaine wuz doin' time in duh men's prison when he heard about dis' new law, dun' pass by duh Democrats whut rule duh state.  It say if yew don' like being in duh men's prison, yew kin be put in duh wimmin's prison!

Ol' Tremaine, he like dat idea a LOT!  So he quick say "I is a woman!"

And faster than you could say Kamala Harris, the Democrats who run that shithole placed ol' Tremaine in a female prison.  Easy-peasy, citizen!  An' yew cain't do shit about it.

He then proceeded to rape two female inmates and impregnate a third, and is now on trial.

An' if yew think that's the craziest part, you don't know California's Democrats:  Now a liberal judge in Madera County has ORDERED that during his trial everyone has to use the accused rapist's "preferred pronouns" (she/her)--including his victims.

You might well wonder how the tranny mafia--about one-third of one percent of the population nationally (though higher in California)--could possibly have enough political power to force the state to place men in a women's prison, eh?

It's all thanks to Democrats, who have huge majorities in the state legislature.

Three years ago the insane Democrat pols who run the state passed a bill titled "The Transgender Respect, Agency and Dignity Act," which shit-fer-brains Newsom quickly signed into law.  It provides that a man who has had all the required sex-change surgeries can apply to be assigned to a female prison.

Oh wait, my bad: the new law doesn't require that the scammer have had ANY surgeries at all.  Instead it requires that male inmates who apply to be assigned to a female prison have been taking female hormones for three years prior to applying, which should reduce the incidence of rape.

Oh wait, my bad again:  The new law doesn't require the scammer to have taken a single hormone, let alone for three years prior.  But don't worry, citizen: the corrupt, moronic Democrat pols who wrote and passed this law did order that all applicants undergo a thorough evaluation by a team of board-certified psychologists to confirm that the scammer really believes he's a female, instead of just scamming.

Oh wait, my bad yet again: the new law doesn't require any psychological evaluation at all!  All the Dems new law required for a man to be assigned to a female prison was that a scammer merely claim to be female.  An' Tremaine, he figure dis out quik.

So what do ya think happened when the Democrat-decreed piece of shit law went into effect, eh?

Pretty much what everyone would expect.  After ol' Tremaine declared he wuz female and got assigned to a female prison, he promptly raped two female inmates and impregnated a third.  The victims were forced by the state to be locked in the same cell as the man who raped them.  How evil is THAT? 

Tremaine is now about to go on trial on those charges.  But because the wokie shithead Dem pols passed a LAW called the Transgender Respect, Agency and Dignity Act," the judge in the case has ORDERED everyone to use Tremaine's "preferred" she/her pronouns.

Why?  Because, the judge explained, the accused is a tranny who "deserves dignity." 

Interestingly, when the U.S. media report a legal ruling, the story almost always names the judge.  But if you can find any Mainstream piece on this story, you'll find no mention of the judge's name.  That's very unusual.  It's almost like the Media wanted to protect her from any criticism.

To find the name of the wacked out judge--Katharine Rigby--you have to go overseas, to the UK's Daily Mail.  The great gal who runs Libs of TikTok has picked this up now.  Rigby's pic is below.

Democrats apparently find forcing his rape victims to use female pronouns for this piece of shit quite amusing.  It's the final stage of demoralizing everyone who opposes them.  

But at least the alleged rapist gets to feel "dignity" by the judge forcing everyone to pander to his scam. 

Say, you don't suppose ol' Tremaine might have claimed to be a woman just to be placed in a prison with weaker women instead of strong men, do ya?

It's impossible that the Democrat pols who passed this POS law never thought men would claim to be female to be assigned to a much easier prison.  But no matter, because the real point of this law was to allow the Dem pols to demonstrate their great virtue to their Dem voters.

And here's the topper: this same thing happened two years ago in New Jersey after the ACLU sued the state to house men claiming to be female in a female prison.  One of the trannies raped two female inmates the ACLU set him up with.  But of course you never heard a word about it when it happened, because the Mainstream Media is totally pro-tranny.

Of course if you're a Democrat voter you don't believe a word of this.  I'm not at all surprised.  After all, you voted for Obozo, Hilliary, Biden and Cackles/Walz, eh?
