Federal judge rules Newsom's new laws against political parody are unconstitutional

Well that didn't take long: Two weeks ago the shithead dictator of California-- Gavin "Hairdoo" Newsom--signed into law a handful of bills passed by his rubber-stamp Democrat-ruled "Assembly."

Those laws made it illegal to parody politicians.

Of course the laws couldn't explicitly SAY that, since it would make it too obvious that the laws were designed to protect politicians from being made the butt of jokes.

Heaven forbid, eh?

Analysts with a bit of familiarity with the Constitution said the laws were obviously unconstitutional, but Democrats said "Neener neener neener!  We kin doo whatevah we want, cuz we gots duh POWAH!"

Which is what the Mainstream Media consider a winning argument when used by Democrats.

Well today a federal judge in California "blocked" the law.  I wasn't able to find out whether he declared it was unconstitutional or just issued an injunction preventing it from being enforced while Newsom appeals the ruling.

So will Hairdoo appeal?  Representatives for Newsom and the state attorney general-- who is defending the state in the lawsuit-- didn't respond to requests for comment.

Now: You read the language above and think you understand what happened here.  Unless you're an attorney or a long-time student of the Constitution, you don't.

What really happened was: a wannabee dictator took a shot at arrogating even more power to himself, then sat back to see if he could get away with it.

That's one of the tactics pioneered by Hitler.  And it worked for him, so...worth a try, eh?

The evil, the cunning behind that move is staggering.  Newsom joked about it, on camera.
