Predictable 4th of July weekend in Chitcongo. Wonder who was doing the killing?

17 killed, 82 wounded in shootings during extended 4th of July weekend in Chicago

Problem is, almost all the dead and wounded were innocent bystanders hit by stray bullets.  Thugs firing into killing an 8-year-old boy and two women, and critically wounding two other young boys.

Thanks, Democrats.  When murderous thugs know there's an excellent chance they won't be punished, what's left to deter them?  A strong belief in God and morality?
