160-pound black "girl" bashes in the head of a 115-pound white girl; attacker's parents claim...

In the shithole Dem-ruled city of St. Louis a black female student named Maurnice DeClue attacked a white female, Kaylee Gain, bashing the victim's head into the pavement multiple times.

The victim was hospitalized with critical head injuries including a fractured skull and frontal lobe damage after DeClue smashed her head on the concrete sidewalk multiple times.

Take a look at the photo from the security video.  You really think the 160-pound attacker was just "defending herself" against the 115-pound white victim?  Of course this is obviously just one frame from the complete viedo.  The entire video will show who's telling the truth, eh?

Whoopsie!  Dat surveillance-camera footage dun been over-written!  All gone!  See, duh pipo who run duh skool wuz spose'ta save video of attacks like dis, but dey say dey din' know how.  An' dey din' know who to call who know how.  Beside, not dere job.  So go away!  Not our fault!

Now the attacker's family claims their daughter was merely defending herself against the smaller, lighter victim.  They started a petition to get the judge of the Juvenile Court to "consider Maurnice Declue's case with compassion."

The attacker's aunt said that Maurnice was not bullying the smaller girl in the "incident" [duh local paper absolutely refuses to call it an "attack"] and urged people to donate money to "help pay the legal bills" for Maurnice, who has been charged with felony assault.

Maurnice's aunt also said that the victim--who was hospitalized with skull fractures and brain damage--was actually "harassing and bullying" their far bigger, stronger daughter.

Sure, looking at the photo that seems totally reasonable.

In their petition the attacker's family asked the court to apply "restorative justice and rehabilitation" "to address the harm that occurred" in the incident.  "Restorative justice" is bafflegab for "Let ouah black chile off wif' no penalty, not even a juvenile record!  Cuz dat jus' fair, eh?"

And note the phrase, "the harm that...occurred" used by the family's attorney.  That's called "passive voice" cuz it makes it sound as though something bad happened all by itself.  Sounds so much better than saying "the brain damage our li'l 160-pound daughter inflicted on dat mean ol' 115-pound white bully," eh?
