biden regime sues Texas, demanding state remove a 1,000-FOOT barrier. Judge agrees

After biden *illegally* threw the border wide open to everyone in the world, and three million illegals waltzed across the Rio Grande into Texas, and biden ignored the governor's demand that joe enforce valid U.S. immigration laws, the governor acted, placing a long floating barrier down the middle of the river.

As you could have guessed, pro-illegal communist Democrat groups immediately sued.  Actually the biden regime sued, but the first description is also accurate.  And yesterday a federal judge ORDERED Texas to  remove the floating barrier from the Rio Grande.

Editors at a shitty leftist rag called Texas Tribune gloated that this was a huge victory for the biden regime.

The federal judge sneered that federal law requires anyone to get permission before installing obstructions "in the nation’s navigable waters.”  See, if you can float a paper boat in any pond in the U.S., the shitheads have RULED that that body of water is "navigable."  Like commerce and barges and stuff.  Seriously.

The state countered that the judge's RULING supports the corrupt biden’s willful refusal to enforce valid U.S. laws, leaving the job of doing that to the states.

The 1,000-foot-long string of buoys has been in place in the middle of the river for an entire month, sparking protests from the Mexican government and what the Texas Tribune coyly calls "migrant advocates"--i.e. illegal alien invaders.  But calling 'em "migrants" sounds so much nicer.

On July 24 biden's corrupt "Justice Department" sued Texas, arguing that the floating barrier was installed without required federal authorization *and threatens relations with Mexico.*

Excuse me, but fuck Mexico.  Those folks should NOT get to drive or dictate U.S. policy!

The lawsuit bleated that the barrier "obstructs navigation on the Rio Grande."  See, all those vital barges carrying grain and coal and iron ore down the river, eh?

Lawyers for the state countered that the barrier isn’t a structure that requires authorization, and that it notified the International Boundary Water Commission — the binational body that regulates the Rio Grande — before installing the barrier.

The Texas Tribune article then ran a long, long quote from a "senior Texas strategist with the nonprofit Immigrant Legal Resource Center" wailing that the barrier has turned a thousand feet of river "into a militarized zone and has wreaked havoc in the peaceful community of Eagle Pass.”

No, you communist bitch, your invaders turned this into a militarized zone, and have been the ones "wreaking havoc on the peaceful town of Eagle Pass."  The state has been trying to enforce the law bidenfail refuses to enforce--and of course the Constitution says preznits--even fake ones--are supposed to see that the laws are faithfully enforced.  But of course with Kammie as VP biden can't be impeached.

The judge ordered the state to remove the floating barrier by Sept. 15.

NOW: What does this tell you?  It's that the biden regime--totally supported by the Democrats in congress and the lying Mainstream Media--are not only determined to invite the whole world to enter the U.S., but also won't allow any state to try to enforce the very same federal immigration law that the biden regime is violating.

And when the illegals are safely in fed custody, taxpayers are forced (by the biden regime) to give them "free" (to them) housing, "free" (to them" food, "free" (to them) medical care and cash.

Oh wait...just kidding about "free."  None of it is free.  Instead you're paying for all of it.  Yet you get no say in it, just as with joe giving $100 BILLION to Ukraine, while blocking any effort to audit the cash and see how much has gone into democrat pockets.
