biden's press secretary refuses to answer when a reporter asks "Is it fair for males to compete against girls?"

Last Tuesday at the daily bullshit session amusingly called the White House "press conference," a reporter asked biden's press secretary if her boss thought it was fair for biological males claiming to be female to compete against girls in sports.

KJP repeatedly refused to give a straight answer, saying "It's complicated," and "there is no yes or no answer."  "There are a wide range of views on this," she bleated.  "The Department of Education proposed a rule that gives schools the flexibility to establish their own athletics policies."

That's horseshit.  The civil rights act of 1964 is a LAW.  Title IX of that LAW lists 72 items for which "discrimination on the basis of ____" is prohibited.  It started in 1964 with "race, creed or color."  Later it was "amended"--by congress, which is the body charged with making laws--to include "sex."  

Still later it was amended again--again by congress--to bow to the gay lobby by adding "...or sexual orientation."

In both 2019 and 2021 the Democrats who ruled congress tried to amend it yet again, this time to add "...or gender identity" to ALL of the mandates.  The Dems called it "the Equality Act"--and Nancy Pelosi didn't even bring it up for a vote in the whole House, because she polled the members of her party and found it was hugely unpopular.

Now: if you're a young American you may not have been taught that the Constitution does NOT give preznits the power to make "laws."  That ancient, archaic document called the Constitution says only congress can make laws.  But a cunning, lawless preznit can issue an ORDER that has the force of law even though it's NOT law.

And if you're a young American, you surely know what that cunning workaround is, right?

Oh c'mon!  Surely they taught you this in highschool civics class, right?  Oh wait, I forgot: they were too busy teaching you that the United States was "systemically raaaacist and evil."

It's called an "executive order," and as long as such orders don't explicitly violate the Constitution, corrupt liberal judges have ruled that they have the force of law.

See how neatly they subverted the brilliance of the Founders in drafting the Constitution?

SO...after the Dems failed to pass their "Equality Act," bidenfail signed an executive order decreeing that it would now be U.S. policy that the phrase "...or gender identity" would be added to *every* mandatory item in Title IX of the Civil Rights Act.  What that meant was that males pretending to be female could now compete in women's sports--something no one would ever have even thought possible before the Dem regime's order.

Now:  The "elites" who actually run the regime never thought any reporter would have the gall to ask "Do you think that's fair?"

Literally, it never dawned on 'em--because the Mainstream Media has always slobbered over anything a Democrat preznit does.  For a member of the White House press corps to question that was unthinkable.

So...as more parents of female athletes started to push back, the elites had a meeting or two to figure out a way to neutralize the pushback.  And being cunning, clever rat-bastards, they found one:
 
They decided to simply lie, and claim the Department of "Education" had told schools that each school could set its own policy on this issue.

That's a brazen lie, because bidenfail's Executive Order says "It shall be the policy..." that students can compete according to their own "gender identity."  Yet no reporter pressed Karine Jean-Pierre on her brazen lie.

Instead Jean-Pierre repeatedly said that "the administration" (the bidenfail regime) is determined to "prevent discrimination" against transgender kids.

Did you notice that carefully-phrased and scripted line?  The phrasing implies that males pretending to be female have the absolute right to compete against girls, and that anyone who objects is guilty of "discrimination."

See, you've been conditioned to believe that "discrimination" is awful.  But discrimination can be as simple as choosing between something wholesome and good, versus something destructive and bad.

They don't want you to notice that.

KJP again: "But again, a complicated issue with a wide range of views, and we respect that."

Again, psych-101: "We respect that it's a complicated issue" implies that anyone who disagrees with us just doesn't understand the faaabulous complexity of the issue, citizen!

Last June a reporter noted that a Republican senator had said allowing biological males to compete in women's sports is "unfair, unsafe and wrong."  He asked KJP "What would the president say to parents of daughters, and are worried that their daughter may have to compete against a stronger, heavier male, and worry about their daughter's safety?"

KJP replied "What you're basically saying is that transgender kids are dangerous.  You're saying that their safety is at risk.  You're laying out what could be potentially happening.  That is a dangerous thing to say, that essentially transgender kids are dangerous.  That is irresponsible."

Didja catch that?  It's a total inversion of reality.  She's saying parents who are worried that their daughters might be injured by having to compete in sports against much stronger, heavier males are the ones who are irresponsible--that the danger is NOT that their daughters might be injured, but that anyone who worries about that possibility is "irresponsible."

This regime is totally down the rabbit-hole.  Alice-in-wonderland stuff.   But you voted for it, and will almost certainly do so again.  So you totally deserve what you're getting.

If I had a daughter, I'd be thoroughly furious at the bidenfail regime.
