Judge RULES school can bar student from wearing shirt saying "There are only two genders"

In the Peoples' Republic of Massachusetts a 12-year-old public school student wore a T-shirt saying (are you sitting down?) "There are only two genders."

WELL!  The corrupt socialist adminishits of that school immediately had the kid shot.  Wait, my bad: kicked him out of school for a few days for...um...violating the school's dress code.  See the school had a code saying you couldn't wear a shirt saying "Kill Porridgebrain" or anything hateful like that.  And they were absolutely certain that the statement "There are only two genders" was "hate speech."

And sure enough, last Friday a federal judge ("Indira Talwani") ruled that wearing a shirt saying "There are only two genders" is "bullying."

Now, you may well wonder how wearing a shirt bearing  a totally accurate statement could be construed as bullying, eh?  See, that just show you're not woke and inclusive.  You're probably transphobic.

So watch how cunning this was: the pro-tranny, anti-free-speech "judge" didn't bother dealing with the obvious truth of the statement, but instead agreed with the school officials [!] that *regardless of whether the statement on the shirt was true,* members of a "specially-protected class"--tranny students (thanks, Democrats) could feel threatened, since they believe there are 24 or 56 or 87 "genders."

So the ruling boiled down to "it hurt their precious fee-fees."

Judge Indira Talwani RULED that the student and his father had "not established a likelihood of success on the merits where he is unable to counter Defendants' showing that enforcement of the Dress Code was undertaken to protect the invasion of the rights of other students to a safe and secure educational environment."

Now that is utter horseshit: the clearly true statement on the student's shirt didn't make the "educational environment" unsafe or insecure.  It didn't "invade the rights of other students" in any way.  What it did was two things: It hurt their precious fee-fees; and the big one: It crossed the ruling of the bidenharris regime that trannies are a specially-protected class.

The shithead liberal judge ruled that school rulers had the power to conclude that students who believed there were 83 genders "have a right to attend school without being confronted by messages attacking their identities."

Didja get that?  We've been warning you for years that the Democrats were seeking to pass laws making it a crime to utter any speech they didn't like--and here we are.  Reason: unless this RULING is overturned (spoiler: it won't be) it becomes what's called "case law," which makes it "precedent."  So it becomes a de-facto law without ever being passed.

Is that crazy or what?  

So the school didn't need to show that any tranny was actually frightened by the shirt.  (They were ready to prep one if needed.)  Instead the ruling says school adminishits were justified in sending the kid home because the statement on the shirt could make "a group of potentially vulnerable students"--the class specially-protected by bidenharris--feel unsafe.

This country is doomed.  You just don't know it yet.  And of course Democrats are thrilled with the RULING, cuz it advances the bidenharris/Dem tranny agenda.
