Dem-controlled state House passes a bill to make free speech punishable by five years

In the Peoples' Republic of Michigan is a creature named Noah Arbit.  He's a Democrat state rep, and a homosexual.

Democrat Arbit was absolutely incensed that right now if someone criticized a homosexual, there was no specific law in the Peoples' Republic that would make that a crime.  Noah Arbit found that literally intolerable.  He said "facilitating prosecutions and increasing penalties" were necessary to stem what he called “rising hate crimes.”  Got it?

So snowflake anti-free-speech Nazi Noah introduced a bill (HB4474) making it a crime to say anything that someone claimed made them feel uncomfortable.  Literally the test was anything that a listener "would perceive as verbal intimidation or harassment" would now be punishable by five years in prison and/or a fine of $10,000.

If that definition of a crime sounds way too vague to ya, chill, citizen, cuz the snowflake's bill defines the phrase "intimidate or harass" as a “willful course of conduct, involving repeated or continuing harassment of another individual that would cause a reasonable individual to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, threatened, harassed, or molested…”

Did that clear things up?  Maybe struck you as a "circular definition"?  Well tough, because the legislature in the Peoples' Republic is Democrat-ruled.  And the crazy bitch governnor, Gretchen Whitmer, is also a Democrat.  So the bill is certain to become law.

We've warned you for years that the Democrats were trying to eliminate free speech, using the cunning device of decreeing that what they say is "hate speech" isn't protected speech under the First Amendment.  And of course the Nazi's who get to *define* what is to be considered "hate speech" are snowflakes like homosexual Noah Arbit.

So if a parent speaking at a school board meeting said "I think it's outrageous that you people allow 18-year-old males to use my daughter's locker room," that would be a hate crime.  Same with "I object to the school counselor telling my child he's really a girl trapped in the wrong body."

Starting to get it yet?

Democrat: "Get what?  Dis perfectly reasonable!  We simply *cannot allow* people to say anything that makes other people uncomfortable!  Surely you stupid deplorable Trumpettes would agree, right?  So under our wonderful bill, saying a person or group is an 'illegal alien' would put you in jail for five years.  Perfectly reasonable, citizen.  Perfectly."

Naturally not one of you damn Democrats believes the above story is true.  So Google it.  Find out for yourself for a change.  Cuz you will sure as hell never hear this from a Mainstream Media shill site.
