Paris "summit" seeks to give a TRILLION dollars per year to southern nations for 'climate solidarity'

This is so unbelievable that you really have to read the article at the link to believe it's real.

There are only two serious adult leaders in the world (spoiler: no one you know), and then there are profoundly unserious, ridiculous buffoons who prattle endlessly about the equivalent of powering the world with unicorn farts.

Emmanuel Macron and Joe Biden are examples of the latter.

Yesterday and today some 50 heads of state, representatives of "international financial institutions," so-called "climate experts" and a few celebrities will be attending a "summit" in Paris, hosted by Macron.  The stated purpose of this "summit" is to "build a new contract between [the global] North and South", according to the Macron regime.

Faaabulous, eh?  Now, the actual goal is to con prosperous western nations into handing over a TRILLION dollars PER YEAR to the corrupt leaders of shithole countries.  How much of this amount will be kicked back to the corrupt leaders like Macron who are pushing this con isn't stated.

(For young Americans in wokie schools, a trillion is a thousand billions.)

See, when the last major climate conference ended last November, environmentalists weren't satisfied because  Western nations hadn't promised them enough money to please them.   (Tip: Enviros, like all leftists, are never satisfied.)   So in the final hours, corrupt leaders like Macron and biden reached what they and their Media fellators called a "historic agreement:" the corruptocrats promised to establish a *fund* to "compensate for the effects of climate change suffered by developing countries."

So the purpose of this *new* "summit for a New Global Financing Pact" was to "establish concrete measures to finance this fund"--at a trillion dollars per year.  Got it?  Macron summed it up by bleating, "From now on the battle against poverty, the decarbonisation of our economy and the fight for biodiversity will be very closely linked."

Sounds SO good, eh?

Macron is the perfect shithead politician: says all the right, rousing, inspiring stuff to please the socialists and enviros while concealing his staggering theft from non-globalists.

And naturally the leftist media swooned: "The world’s wealthiest nations are demonstrating a 'surge of solidarity' with those most vulnerable to climate change," bleated the female head of one NGO.

Love it: Why is the southern hemisphere "most vulnerable to climate change"?  It's not, but when people hear or read that phrase, what little common sense they have instantly goes away.  So just keep watching, as corrupt western politicians start trying to sneak laws past voters to fund this crap.

Prediction: The first year's TRILLION dollars will be funded $400 Billion by the U.S. and $200 Billion each by Germany, France and Japan.  China and Russia will ignore the scam, since their political leaders are concerned about making life tolerable for their own citizens.  They know giving the southern hemisphere nations a trillion dollars a year will accomplish absolutely nothing.
